I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

Overall great experience. The mechanic even worked into his lunch to get my repairs done quickly. My service coordinator was excellent and really kept me in the loop with everything.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

Professional, friendly and efficient! My service took less time than promised. While I waited, snacks and beverages were offered. Nicest dealership staff! We have purchased several cars here in the past and have never been disappointed with sales or service.

Love this SUV just big enough for a grandma. Wanted different color but it's all good. I'll have to take a course on all features. I'm willing!

Very helpful and explained what was being done with maintenance and recall on trunk latch . Waiting area is very nice with plenty of refreshments and a very nice atmosphere

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

A couple of years ago, I brought my Buick here for service after a disappointing experience at the dealership where I originally purchased it. I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

This is my first new car in 21 years. My bonneville after 275,000 miles finally decided it was tired. Mike at Ettleson made my experience painless. I had a tutorial on how to use some of the newer things in the car. Cars certainly have changed! Easy to get financing thru GM. I'm very happy with my purchase. Can't wait to use the heated seats!

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Very simple buying process. Mostly completed online. Spent under an hour in office and was done. Car runs fabulous, accurate description of vehicle and excellent customer service. More than fair prices. Very positive buying experience and would highly recommend.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

I have had mine for 5 years . The only issue is the trim peeling . It handles great in the snow here in the mountains colorado.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.
