Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

Cars appear to be clean, in good repair, and fair prices, appreciate the prompt communication.

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

Not enough communication before the service, and too much after afterward. One phone call from the dealer or one survey should be sufficient. Its too much.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

We closed the deal at 930PM Remember they closed at 7pm She never got upset about anything and said let me see what I can do, every time I countered. Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.
