I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

Was in the market for a nice used car, narrowed it down to a couple models. The Sonata edged out the competition and the staff was nice to work with. Kevin was low pressure and the experience was quite painless.

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. Everything I marked above is definitely true and more. I would highly recommend this auto to everyone interested in buying one. Believe the right ups on this auto that others have also made.

I have been going to Wier Canyon Honda for >30 years. I buy my cars there and I get them serviced. Everyone is 101% professional and genuinely focused on seeing that there customers are taken care of as if they were family. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The car is quiet, acceleration is acceptable considering the 3 cylinder turbo charged engine. There’s enough room I the back seat for 3 adults. Rear storage is adequate. Interior controls are laid out well and the seat material is easy to clean.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

I traded in my car for a better one at lower payments. I'm very happy with how they treated me, didn’t push me, didn’t try to fool me. I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

Abel was very helpful in the days leading to our purchase. He was efficient, honest, and helped find answers to questions as they came up. I felt I could count on him to lead me in the right direction and was thankful for his time.

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

I do all my service here. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with coupon savings, too.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

He was very helpful and patient with my parents who needed to replace a car due to their car being totaled in a car accident. ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

My 2024 Buick Encore GX ST is a great vehicle! Great acceleration and handles like a sports car. Luxurious interior design and comfortable for all passengers. I could not be more pleased!

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. I never owned a Buick but fell in love with the encore. I have a 2015 fully loaded All Leather - sharp two tone and classy interior, AWD and great gas mileage! Comfortable ride! I’m now considering the gx but not ready to give mine up yet!!

Our sales rep Isaiah was awesome across the board. Very responsive, friendly and NOT pushy which can be make or break for me. My only complaint is the time it took to finally get to the Finance dept and complete the paperwork. We planned to buy the car that morning, arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get out of there until after 9. I would definitely buy a car from Hertz again though.

It is a great entry-level Buick. Longer than its old self. Handles great. I would like a little better of an interior. I would recommend this car over the old one.

I'm in the process of buying with this Hertz location. Paul has been a great help and he's promptly answered all of my questions either via email, text, or phone call. The car I am looking at was not processed yet, when I first spotted it on their lot. I have been kept in the loop the entire time. I look forward to the next step and checking back to say I made the purchase!

I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!
