Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

I want to express the complete level of customer satisfaction I had with the recent service on my vehicle. Everything I experienced was outstanding. Scheduling the appointment was easy and offered flexibility that meet my busy schedule. When I arrived, the check-in started before I even got out of the car. I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

Bought a used 2016 Camaro over the phone. This dealership delivered the car to Manitowoc WI. Did not have to drive to MI and back. Great staff including the gentleman who brought the car over by way of the ludington ferry. Would purchase from this dealership again!!

Got the car new i feel this is an undergem The car rides really smooth and the interior's noice cancelling is pretty impressive. Would consider driving if you want something Bougie but over 50k

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I was looking for a trailblazer, I had ordered on from another dealership but when it arrived they said it was $2000 more. I was paying cash and couldn't afford $2000. more. The salesman told me I should walk away. I left crying. My brother told me to call Cooks Chevrolet and ask for Norm Labean. Norm happened to have a trailblazer that was in the show room, he wrote up the paper work and had it delivered to me 2� hours away free of charge. I won't go anywhere else now.
