My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

Mr. Flakes went above and beyond to ensure we were kept abreast of action, activities and fact finding during our decision-making and purchase of a 2024 CT5 Cadillac. He called to inform us of all changes and requirements to include the tire locks. My husband wanted to know if the CT5 Cadillac came with tire locks and Mr. Flakes stated the 2024 CT5 Cadillac did not have tire locks but locks could purchased for an additional fee. Mr. Flakes explained the tire locks would be a special order specifically for our CT5 Cadillac. Mr. Flakes placed our order immediately upon our request to purchase the tire locks. Mr. Flakes also provided extensive service to beyond duty hours responding to queries and questions from my husband David concerning the dashboard lighting. I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with the Service department at Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC. Justin and his team took excellent care of me, and my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. With his help, my truck should run forever but when I am in the market for a new GMC pick-up, I'm coming to Bob Jeannotte. The Service Department has set the bar extremely high however, so the Sales Department has a high mark to aim for. I have every confidence that they'll hit a home run when the time comes, though.

Pleasantly surprised purchasing a 2023 Terrain AT4 with the sales person's, (Matt Martin), product knowledge and the efficiency of the actual sale. Vehicle was exceptionally well prepped and no pressure with extend warranty, protection plans, etc.

This is a follow up on my previous notation from thos morning. I spoke with the service manager. Fortunately he was just brief by my service rep. He told me to give him a couple of hours to get back to me. He called me an hour and half. Very polite and understanding. He took the time to break it all down with me. It was unfortunate for me GM used plastic fuel lines instead of rubber. Completely dried out lines are cracking and brittle from the fuel pump to both tanks. All lines need to be replace. I could of just told them to put it back together. But it would have been an unsafe vehicle. I guess thats what happens when you fall in love with a 2008 LS3...Good people at lunghamner chey.. Recently looked into buying a used car from them. They answered my questions honestly and didn’t try to conceal any details. The car had been in an accident previously and they even showed pictures of the damage (which they repaired so well, that you couldn’t even tell). Easy going honest people and a pleasant experience.
