Mr. Reed has to be the friendliest and most honest sales person I have ever had the grace to work with. I messaged MR. Reed about my need for a vehicle and was met with a very speedy response. He took all my needs into account and found me something with the towing capacity and the family seating I need! He actually spent time researching the safety ratings and gave me the best car he could find! Met with him a week later to purchase a car and walked out with a brand new 2024 Nissan pathfinder! I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

I bought my 2019 Envision a week ago Low miles certified Premium 11. Beautiful car nice ride plenty of pep with the turbo. Moonroof is awesome. Glad I got it AWD is good in the snow we got here in Vt

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

Very satisfied with my recent purchase from Ray Dennison. My sales rep Logan was a young, ambitious guy who took great care of me the minute I walked in. They gave me a very fair trade in amount on my truck and everyone was very friendly and made sure the whole process was quick and smooth!

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

Keri Thierer was personable, as amenable as a salesperson could be, and honest. I greatly appreciated the experience I had buying from Keri at Scherer. The financing part of the buying experience could and should have echoed the experience Keri gave. I would recommend Scherer Mazda and Keri Theirer over any of the regional competitors hands down.

I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

This is our second Buick. First one was a 1990 Riviera which we had for 8 years. No problems, loved the car. The Envision now is much like tie first, had it now for 3 years and like everything about it. Have taken it on long trips and short, just like driving it.

My daughter bought her first car here! And years later, a great place to buy a car.

Excellent customer service and hospitality as always. Prices have increased a lot over the last year which is discouraging as an oil change should not cost $80 with a tire rotation.

Kyle was very helpful,and got answers to all our questions in very timely manner, however since we live out of state the only time we could go inspect and drive vehicle Kyle was off so we then worked with Karen and Steve. Before purchasing my Buick Envision Avenir I researched and test drove approximately 8 different brands, even the Porsche Macan and Genesis GV70. I chose the 2022 Buick Envision Avenir because of the value and multiple things about it, mainly the way it looks, feels, and drives. Simply excellent. I love driving this car every day. Absolutely love it after 8 months ownership. Zero problems.

From start to finish, everyone was amazing. I've never had a sales associate sit and explain all the features and controls of the vehicle before you left the parking lot. You usually have to sit there for an hour and try to figure out how to drive your car or to turn the lights on or off not in this case everything was covered! I felt comfortable, confident and welcomed every step of the experience in the buying process I couldn't recommend them more!
