The service department was great. They repaired my truck, and researched to find out that it was under warranty. I felt like they worked above and beyond for me.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Completely satisfied with dealers customer service and services performed on my vehicle. Lincoln needs to work on lead times on supplying parts necessary to address recalls.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

Before purchasing my Buick Envision Avenir I researched and test drove approximately 8 different brands, even the Porsche Macan and Genesis GV70. I chose the 2022 Buick Envision Avenir because of the value and multiple things about it, mainly the way it looks, feels, and drives. Simply excellent. I love driving this car every day. Absolutely love it after 8 months ownership. Zero problems.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. So,we have a 14 Traverse and wife wanted smaller SUV.We were gonna get an Esape Titanium,but happened across this tiny gem of Envision PREMIUM II. Great ride,the amenities are many,loved AC seats in the heat with sunroof open.phenomenal ride,yes,gas mileage not as good as hoped,better than my Traverse though.Gove this title guy a try,4cul turbo is a go,and it hugs the curves!!!!

I flew to Dallas to look at two vans. One at a different dealership. I ended up buying from the other dealership just because of interior styling preference but my interaction with Texas Cars Direct was good. Multiple previous phone conversations went well. I was well informed and communicated my needs clearly and they responded in a professional and accommodating manner. I did the test drive by myself and pointed out my concerns, some of which were my own misunderstandings of the cars features. As long as you know about the TCD program, you won’t have any surprises. I purchased this car new i have the panoramic sunroof. It leaked the year after I bought the car was repaired under warranty. Last month the roof started leaking again. Cost a fortune to fix as i also needed the roof shade as that was water damaged. I love the car. But do not get one with a panoramic sunroof.

I love the vehicle/suv, but I had to get used to the engine shutting off when you come to stop. It’s fun to drive, and we’ve took it on a few trips but just as I put a little over 50,000 miles on it the adaptive cruise control quit working and it was no longer under warranty, I thought that was weird..

Very easy to get appointment. My Service Advisor was great, kept advised to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and clean. They did a great job for me. This is a great dealership and I would higly reccommend this dealership.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.
