The service was very good and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was notified when to come pick up my car. I was offered the opportunity to wait in their lounge where they provide a variety of food and drinks for their customers.

This is a very exceptional automobile featuring many safety features at a very affordable price compared to higher priced vehicles! The car is very attractive and sporty and has earned many admiring comments from people I have met in parking lots. The only drawbacks which might turn off certain prospective buyers are the 3 cylinder turbo engine and the lack of a 4 wheel driving option. Other than that this is a very attractive auto at an unbeatable price!

Contacted Mr Osel by phone to get a price prior to looking at the vehicle (Pathfinder 2026). He sent me video of vehicle, which was helpful. He also communicated with me 3 or4 times and emailed a good and fair out the door price. I accepted the price and when I arrived every thing was ready to go. Seamless transaction and he was very organized. I will definitely purchase from him in the future. He also contacted me a couple of days later for any further questions.

Prior to purchasing my Buick Envista, I had done quite a bit of research and I found that much of what was said was misleading. It's performance I think is very good, realize you are getting a 3 cylinder turbo engine, but for what you get and honestly what you need, it is excellent. I purchased the S/T model and it is a great looking car and I receive great comments about it all the time. I strongly recommend for the money you can't go wrong and will be vey happy with your purchase.

2024 Avinir, Quiet and full of pi55 and vinegar, definitely and defiantly punches above it's class. Full of top shelf safety features and driver aids. Not a fan of the engine stop/start feature but it has its place I suppose. Coming from a competition audio background the sound system is very clean and bright but lacks any substantive sub frequency response, well see what the aftermarket will have for me. First tank of fuel from the dealer must have been low grade 87 octane and the engine just wasn't liking it. Inconsistent low end torque would put the car into a weird spot on the turbo curve, not as smooth as it should be. The next full up I put in was 89 octane and the difference was stark, a much smoother run up to the turbo power band. So don't penny pinch on the fuel use good brand @89/91 octane (13 gallon tank...). Oil changes are super easy. The filter and drain plug are placed, IMHO, to take away any excuse for not keeping good oil on the engine! The tires size is 19" so the handleing is great but overall ride could be better with 18". My son has a Trax Active and it has a bit better road manners than my Envista, not so much felt road texture. YMMV. Super value and right sized commuter, spend any real time getting to and from work a you will appreciate your decision to get one of these for you self!

This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Can never say enough about how glad I am that I chose to return to Thompson's for my second GMC purchase. The first time Bobby D. was so helpful that I requested him 2 years later when I returned. He does not pressure you. He finds out what you are interested in and why, how will you use it? He then gives you options that are available. He was able to answer all kinds of questions about how the vehicle operated etc. He is so likeable. I contacted Luther Cadillac thru Cars.com. A representative contacted me within a few mins but I changed my mind about the car and didn't have any more contact with this dealer.

Mike Cole took is fantastic and made a stressful situation easy. My mom came in and he walked her through the process and was not pushy at all. He really made things enjoyable...well as enjoyable as buying a car can be. But we will 100% come back to Dave Arbogast and work with Mike in the future.

I have bought several vehicles from them. I am a buyer who has researched trade in values and financing options and who comes in with specific demands. I demand to be given a specific amount for my trade in, I demand a specific monthly payment. When they come to me with lower trade in value and higher payment I simply say no. They continue to work with me and eventually acquiese to my demands. They are easy to work with where other dealers don’t like my approach. I can’t see me using any other dealer.
