I don’t write many reviews but I felt one employee deserved to be recognized. Celenne M, the Title Clerk. After leasing a car from another Gettel location more than two months ago, she inherited my problems. The title, tags and registration had to be transferred from another state. Additionally, I had numerous changes in paperwork to do and temporary tags to change out. It has been a frustrating situation. And took a lot of work. 2010 Buick Lucerne CX review
Consistency, reliability, comfort
This is the fifth consecutive Buick sedan I have owned. My experience is as follows: #1 256k miles, junked because of damages to vehicle. #2 189k miles, car broke in half (road salt) #3 398k miles, transmission and frame rot ie road salt, #4 172k miles, totaled in accident. #5 who knows. Repairs/maintenance average 1,500 per year because I keep everything fixed and maintained.
