Update on Nov 7th 2025. It was time for me to service my car and I returned to Auto Nation Honda and was not let down I am very satisfied with the service and everyone whom I came in contact with. Mr. Luis Lopez gave me excellent service. I will make sure that for all future services, I will ask for him. Great fast services, first time here will be back from now on instead of driving to the dealership in Miami this place is only a few blocks from my house. Very good service all around. The 2015 Buick Regal with 96,000 miles was a good combination of comfort, sporty, and value for the amenities received. The 2.0T engine is a surprisingly powerful yet good mpg option. Looking forward to seeing if the reliability holds up to its ratings.

My experience started out very rough. I set up an appointment with Mina, and was told the car was ready for me to look at. My wife and I drove an hour and a half to look and test out the car. When we arrived Mina was with another customer showing the car we came to see. Mina acted as though she was avoiding me so I ask to speak to a manager. I spoke with the manager which did not help matters. This was one of my worst experiences buying a vehicle. Fortunately we were handed of to Brad Huffman and he saved the sale. If it were not for Brad I would have contacted Corporate.

My 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ, 4x4, with a 6.2 liter has over 350,000 miles on it - it still has the original motor, transmission and drivetrain; but not the original tires, brakes or oil (those things gotta be changed you know - it is called upkeep). My truck still runs like or better than it did the day I bought it brand new! I?m grateful to have met this group of people that Love what they do - helping peoplej Oh great Coffee!

5+ years ago I leased and serviced a car from them. My experience was great. I since bought a car elsewhere and went to a couple of other places to get it serviced due to where I worked. I wish I would have stayed at Runde. One of the places I went to was a dealership in Dubuque. They were horrible. I highly recommend Runde! They pick up your car even just for an oil change, they are organized, and remember the mileage sticker in the window. They are so pleasant to work with.
