My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I worked with two salesman, Roy Roberts and Jordan Clayton, both did an outstanding job! Jordan started working wth me and helped negotiate the purchase price of my new truck, as well as the trade of my old truck. He was not a high pressure salesman, and was a pleasure to work with. When we could get to my numbers, Lawrence Martin (Manager) stepped in to make it all happen. Then Roy stepped in to finish up with the sales process and assisted me with tranfering some accessories from my old truck to my new truck. It was a GREAT experience, I highly recommend Waltrip GMC! WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

Expectations were set and met on a Saturday with college football on. Two separate seating areas in case you wanted the option to watch something else. There's also a kids' area if you have a little one who needs to be entertained for the time you're there.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

My only turn-off about my service experience was the advisor trying to 'up sell' me on other services when I told her I was there for an oil change and tire rotation.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Mostly always a heart breaker! Have stated this many times before...to no avail! No initial person assigned to place a paper mat on your floor and collect your keys or move your vehicle to a unconscious location..no service rep to greet you with your request etc etc...

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.
