For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

New service center is very nice, best I have ever waited in. Plenty of spaces and connections so I could get m work done while waiting. It's driving heaven love it and it's got 184.000 miles on it and you can barely hear it run, power is amazing, I would not buy anything other than Buick going forward

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!

It is very safe for my family with all the safety features and is easy to maintain. I love the all wheel drive, adaptive cruise control, blind spot and very comfortable power everything including leather power seats with memory and navigation and hands free calling. Yoohoo!

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.
