Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Bought a new 2025 Ford Explorer from Cavalier Ford yesterday and hands down this was the smoothest experience buying a vehicle. Georgy’s attention to detail from beginning to end was phenomenal. I highly recommend you see him first if buying a vehicle is in your future!!

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

So,we have a 14 Traverse and wife wanted smaller SUV.We were gonna get an Esape Titanium,but happened across this tiny gem of Envision PREMIUM II. Great ride,the amenities are many,loved AC seats in the heat with sunroof open.phenomenal ride,yes,gas mileage not as good as hoped,better than my Traverse though.Gove this title guy a try,4cul turbo is a go,and it hugs the curves!!!!

Casey Subaru customer experience: On May 25th 2023, I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Nissan Frontier from Casey Subaru. After working with their sales team, in particular Caleb and Courtney, I decided that this was going to be my next vehicle. After some lively discussion, we agreed on a price and then it was off to sign the papers for my truck. I met with Paul, their finance manager, who walked me through the various options related to my financing this vehicle, and, after an hour, the truck was mine. Now, with my keys in hand, it was time to drive my truck off the lot. However, as I started to pull out of the dealership, I happened to notice that the check engine light came on, after coming to a complete stop, I parked my truck and went back inside the showroom to share my short lived driving experience with Caleb. So, this is where it got interesting and where I first met Jimmy, the service manager for Casey Subaru who would turn out to be a “Rock star” in this adventure. After checking the service code it was determined that, I would not be driving my vehicle home that evening. I was fortunate that my vehicle had an extended warranty that allowed me the opportunity to receive a loaner vehicle from Casey while my truck was in for repair. I am sure you are thinking, so what was the issue? Well after owning my truck for 4 months, it was returned five times for the same issue. What did I learn from this experience? If you are going to buy a pre-owned vehicle, buy it from a dealership whose staff care, not just about the problem that the customer is dealing with, but about the experience the customer deserves. At each point in my interaction with the Casey Subaru team, I was impressed not only from the leadership shown by Travis Winn, General Manager, but also from Jimmy, Subaru’s service manager and superstar, who, without his help, would have made this a nightmare experience. My interaction with all the staff at Casey Subaru was truly amazing. Thank you all for all your help and understanding through this challenging time. This is my hometown dealership. So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

Buick enclave great car for comfort and reliability and value Bought this car new And I’ve kept it much longer than most vehicles that I have purchased because it is such a great vehicle. Comfortable to drive in town and on road trips. Excellent for people in my big Shepherd enjoys riding in the back with the seats folded down

We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

I have owned mine for 9 years. Bought it used in 2017 and I love it. My job requires traveling by car and I have over 150,000 miles on it. Despite being fully loaded with all the toys, my leather edition never breaks down. It has never left me stranded. I would put the reliability of this vehicle up against any Japanese car. Maybe that’s why the value of the car has held steady. It is a shame Buick stopped making them in 2017.
