Great dealership. Very nice employees in Service Area. I purchased my Buick LaCrosse in August 2019. I requested specific items such as less than 1 year old, low mileage, color and they located one in GA. Have had great results with it and still driving it.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Carmela and the rest of the staff are amazing. We were definitely a challenge. We got what we wanted and how we wanted. They worked really hard to make it happen and wasn't going to let us walk away without being satisfied. I will never go to another dealership for another vehicle. Never pushy, so polite and most of all dedicated to the customer.

2012 Verano has over 200,000 miles. It is very comfortable and I love my car. I do take care of it and keep the service up.

A dealers word means nothing until its tested. Nissan of Gadsden Scores an A+. My search for a car landed me 400 miles away. My salesman was Zach Crews. He sent me a video of the car, a MINI Cooper. I took him at his word that it was the best used MINI he has seen. So I drove 6 hours and it was exactly as Zach described it. After returning home, the MINI developed a Check engine light. Enter JR Gillaspie, sales manager. He said to take it to a local dealer for diagnosis. JR covered the repair as described in their used car warranty. Now tell me does it get any better than that? I had my 2013 Buick Vearno (Leather Group) from 2014 - 2022, and LOVED it. I moved, and wasn't able to bring the car. The resale value was about half of what I paid for it in 2014 (a lot more than what I was expecting), and I'm seeing CarMax/Carvanna etc sell it for almost the same price as what I bought it at in 2014! I have nothing but good things to say about having the Buick Verano; My sister even borrowed it for long drives across the US from time to time. I felt safe in the vehicle, and didn't have a single car issue. The battery was replaced in 2022 (car purchased in 2014), because I didn't realize that batteries needed changing every few years! I can't wait until I can buy another Buick, to be honest!

I have had my Buick Lacrosse Premium 2 car since March 2017 It is a great car. the only problem I have had was the first week I owned it. since then I have driven close to 99,000 miles and no issues after the warranty ran out. I did have a power window motor go out but it was fixed under warranty. I average 30.3 MPG driving 9,350 miles during a 2.50 month trip out west last fall. The car was perfect. The new michelin tiers did great. Too bad Buick opted for some really ugly cars for 2025. The enclave has a 2.5 and its gas mileage and power are horrible. It looks like they made it ugly and less streamlined than before. The hood is horrible. I was a Buick owner of 4 cars. Now because they had terrible designers. I have to move on. If you cannot tell, I love the old 6 cylinder. I at 25mpg on the road and loved its power when needed. I was a great looking SUV back in 2011.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Bought this 2017 Buick LaCrosse Essence used with 50,000 miles on it back in April 2023. Excellent car. Comfortable and great gas mileage. As comfortable as my last Lexus Es350. Too bad they don’t make these Sedans any more. Grab one while you still can.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.
