Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Had a 10:30 appointment for routine service to my Kia. Usually it's a quick appointment with good communication throughout the process. I didn't pull out of the dealership until 12:40. They never followed up with me during that time and no updates/vehicle status was given to me at time of checkout. Coffee empty, usually there are snacks out for customers (basket was empty). Not same standards I've experienced on previous visits.

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!
