I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

This compact coupe is absolutely gorgeous and I love it more every single day… 6+ years later, styling can’t be beat! Two recommendations: 1) Take to the dealer and do a transmission fluid flush as soon as you get it. 2) Swap out the runflats for all-season or summer tires. You’re welcome!

Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.

I bought my ATS used with 19k miles on it. I now have 37k. The car is very attractive inside and out. It has the 2.0L four-cylinder LTG engine coupled with the 6-speed manual transmission. It has plenty of power, and the transmission, despite what others have said, performs flawlessly. I drive the car with respect and have gotten an overall 30.5 MPG for the last 18k miles of ownership. Handling and ride are superb. I have the Premium trim which includes the heads-up display and meteorological shock absorbers, two options I have found to be particularly desirable. The seats are very comfortable. The pass-through feature of the rear seats folding down makes a small trunk a non issue. The CUE interface did not work when I purchased the car, but was repaired completely without cost on warranty. The CUE has operated perfectly since. The rear axle seals were replaced, again on warranty, due to leaking. Those are the only two problems I've had, both fixed without cost by the dealer. The car is quiet and operates well whether driving on the expressway, in the suburbs, or in city traffic. The performance, the handling, and the economy make this car a perfect choice. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

THIS CAR IS GREAT ON GAS AND RELIABLE NO PROBLEMS DRIVE IT MONDAY TRUE FRIDAY .. TIRES AND BATTERY REPLACED AND YOU NRMAL OIL CHANGES EVERY 3 MONTHS.

Quick response to the initial online inquiry. Appointment scheduled for test drive over the weekend. The dealership even kept the car for me to test drive even though a few other customers inquired about the vehicle prior to my test drive appointment. My family has bought 35 cars from carmax, never had an issue.We had some issues with some of the cars but they took care of it right away. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome

A great buying experience start to finish! Started through the internet sales crew who were direct and did not harass me after my initial inquiry. Upon arrival I was introduced to my salesman, Curtis, who was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for the price that I wanted to pay. Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great. Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.

I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me.
