Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

In and out, very smooth. No issues at all. The video of the service was pretty Kool. Price is very competitive. All my cars get their service there.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I noticed online ENE Motors had a big selection of luxury cars and imports so if I wanted to upgrade to another Honda Pilot they had one. Well after I told them what I was looking for they had me drive one of the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLS 550 they had, during the test drive I knew that I wanted it. When I got back they started they had already appraised my trade and we went into the office to get financing. I was very happy with the rate and terms. They made sure everything went smooth and did everything so I could take care of purchase and trade in all in one trip. Thanks guys...I love my Mercedes GLS!!!

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

Went in to test drive a Mazda CX 7 and Mourice was the sales associate we worked with. He had the car ready to go for us. He was also very helpful and was the first salesman I have ever liked. He was extremely kind and caring. I would recommend this dealership and Mourice 100%.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. Purchased my SRX in 2012 and have regularly used their Service Department. Always great and courteous customer service. If waiting for your vehicle, comfortable waiting area with beverages. If your vehicle requires a longer service period, a courtesy vehicle is quickly arranged.

I see people waste their money on the the new jeep grand wagonnier and shake my head on the daily. For the price they could have better luxury and fewer recalls.

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! We worked with Jairo and is always willing to answer our questions at anytime taking our worries away. I work in sales and can see the Hussle they put in.

I love my Cadillac Escalade. Cars are made by humans so naturally they're not perfect. We've been driving it for 7 years with no major problems. My goal is to keep it and get another one soon.

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

The salesperson I met with was very pleasant to deal with and was good about getting back to me. It seems like there are no hidden fees and the cars are in good condition.

We upgraded from a 2014 Escalade to a 2016 Escalade we are super happy with the new ride and the new technology in our vehicle.
