I just bought my Outlander a month ago. I was very pleased with the service I received at that time. I brought it back in to have a trailer hitch installed and once again, stellar service. This is a great place to buy a car!
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
I came in planning on buy a used car but nothing was matching up with my desires so we talked about leaving and with the help of Lee Ann and Rex I was able to lease a car at the price I could afford.

This car, although a 2011, has been reliable and comfortable. Every time I have transported family, friends, or coworkers, they have always been a tiny bit impressed with the Cadillac name without me having to spend an arm and a leg. Repairs are expensive but few.
Mike made the buying process as quick and easy as possible. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I'd be happy to work with them again in the future.

This is not only the best car I've ever owned but it is the best value in its class. It is supremely comfortable and yet performs like a sports sedan. Even though it is a large car it drives like a much smaller one and gets 22 miles a gallon with a powerful V6.
First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.

This car has met all of my needs and then some. A luxe dream with so much practicality. I couldn't have picked a vetter model to go with.
I had an overall very positive and excellent buying and trade-in experience with Sam, Bill, and Michelle. Treated with the highest level of respect, professionalism and customer-first attitude. Worst Car I Have Ever Owned

I purchased this car new and was very excited as it was the most beautiful (and most expensive) car I ever owned. However, there were so many cosmetic problems with this vehicle it was ridiculous. Based on the vehicle's MSRP you would certainly expect a higher quality of craftmanship, which was not the case. The steering wheel stitching came apart and needed to be replaced. All the carbon fiber trim in the vehicle was replaced, the driver seat cover was replaced, the windshield was replaced, the headlights were replaced, the black and silver trim around all the windows was also replaced. In addition, this vehicle value devalued incredibly fast and did not retain much value. This has been the worst car purchase in my life and I will never own another Cadillac.
Jeremy R was great to work with. Knowledgeable and explained all the Vehicle options for the Renegade. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The whole staff at Ray Chrysler Jeep has been great.

I’ve owned a number of SUV’s over the last 30 years, including BMW, Mercedes, Land Cruiser, Ford Expedition and others, and this is the most comfortable and powerful of them all. Plenty of room for your passenger and equipment
I had been looking around for a vehicle for quite a while and finally found one that I really liked and was in great condition. I showed up and took a look at the vehicle I was working with Steve and he didn't try to talk over any sounds or distract me from anything on the vehicle. He let me take the vehicle myself which shows incredible confidence in the products they offer. Once it was time to purchase Ed and Steve worked rigorously to make sure my first finance experience went well. They were able to get me approved at a rate that was much better than my prior expectations considering I'm a first time buyer. Everything went amazingly and I recommend them to anyone interested in having a fantastic car buying experience.

The car has been dependable though the ride is not as comfortable as I think it should be. Dealing with the dealership has not always been satisfactory.

This car is the absolute top shelf. The ride is amazing and the comfort is unmatched. Feels like American royalty. The XTS is the larger of the Cadillac lineup but handles like a sports car. Headlights turn with your steering and sensors will stop you from getting to close to other vehicles or objects. Cadillac definitely got it right.
sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.

This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
Friendly and courteous sales people and the new lease went easy. Luis did and outstanding job showing me how my new Arcadia functions worked. The car was cleaned and ready to go when I got there. Thanks everybody at John Paul???s Buick.

We needed a large vehicle to transport kids and their stuff. It is the best car I’ve owned! Never any problems. Carfax will show a couple of issues, but will be explained to interested buyers. Needs to be seen and driven. It is a beaut! Only selling to upgrade to platinum due to sore backs. Second owner.
