1) I emailed regarding a vehicle on their website and was responded to by AI, but with a person's name at the bottom. I emailed back asking for an appointment, but no response. I called the dealership and was told it was an internet generated email. 2)I was transferred to a salesperson and talked and texted with them, as I thought he would be my sales person. 3) On my drive there (2 hours away) I called to tell that person I was going to be 10 minutes late - as they asked in their text, with a phone number and an extendsion- and was told that extension isn't valid and that person just does internet sales and gave me the name of my sales person. 4) I get to the dealership, asked for the specific person and he wasn't working that day! FORTUNATELY the person I asked to help find my salesperson was kind enough to help me. He was VERY helpful!

What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! Samantha is service was friendly from her welcome until I left the shop. Not everything was perfect but is it ever? The customer waiting area is very spacious and inviting. Coffee and cold water at the ready. The workmanship on my cars repair was great and the parts department was very friendly and helpful (so much so I left after purchasing a hat and shirt!).
