The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

We purchased a fleet vehicle that had some ac issues and transmission problems. Carmax jumped right into correcting the issues and provided a rental car each time. I will definitely purchase from here again.

I’ve owned Japanese and German luxury cars. Bought the XT4 to try American luxury. You can find plenty of reviews saying good things and bad things about the XT4. At the end of the day, it is a great car (properly loaded). It is not the best bang for the buck. It is a good bang for the buck. My XT4 is fully loaded, and I’m happy with it.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

This car is fun to own but it is very light & I feel it in its handling. I like it’s styling, interior & exterior & stereo.
