They have a deal where you can get 3 oil changes 3 tire rotations 3 car washes for a Cadillac for under $175 not a bad deal I have a appointment next week for my brakes Ty Big Star Cadillac.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I bought my 2019 xt4 over one year ago with 21K miles now have 30k miles - no problems at all. Runs beautifully, always reliable and very pretty in the red.

Absolutely excellent customer care and service, quick and thorough! Matthew was an absolute rockstar. Bought my new vehicle in for a warranty replacement, and the local rental partner didn't have any loaner vehicles available. Matthew went out of his way to make sure I had a loaner for my family of 4 while my vehicle was getting serviced. We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

I can always count on BMW Of CLEAR LAKE to deliver amazing world  class service. Every visit in the last 10 years have been stress free. Kudos to Omar and Fidel and their total customer service attitude of always willing to help when needed by all the service staff especially the teams effort to resolve the window fogging issue. I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

This car is fun to own but it is very light & I feel it in its handling. I like it’s styling, interior & exterior & stereo.

I traded my 2004 cts in for the 2020 xt4. My local ORR dealer didn't have a red one, so I had to drive to Frico, TX to pick it up. Love the red color. Have to get use to all the bells and whistles. The heated stirring wheal was something I didn't expect. It's a very smart car, but has an owner who has to read the manual to learn what all that the xt4 has to offer. Having back issues, love the lumbar heated seats. Was very surprised when the bright lights came on automatically when I am driving thru a darker area. Got to get horn check because it sounds horrible like a truck instead of a smooth honk. Going from regular unleaded to premium unleaded was a money changer. Very roomy inside. Love that all doors can be unlocked automatically if you have the key close by. The cargo area is very spacious. I guess this car will take me until I die!!!!!

I’ve owned Japanese and German luxury cars. Bought the XT4 to try American luxury. You can find plenty of reviews saying good things and bad things about the XT4. At the end of the day, it is a great car (properly loaded). It is not the best bang for the buck. It is a good bang for the buck. My XT4 is fully loaded, and I’m happy with it.

The dealership is ok, but the salesman Mr Eddie Lechuga is awesome he went above and beyond to make sure that all the process of me buying my dream CAR was stress less and quick and that I got everything I wanted. Again thank you Mr Eddie..

Really like the car! BUT, BAD GAS MILEAGE! 14 CITY, 26 HWY.. ESTIMATE MILAGE 23 CITY, 30 HWY... NOT EVEN CLOSE.. 235 HP, TURBO! IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

Great experience just needs to go from start to finish a bit faster. Sat a bit longer than I wanted too. Overall fine and love the truck

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I did everything over the phone with zero problems. No matter how many times I changed my mind my sales person Casandra answered my questions and the finance manager Iriam did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted. The trade in experience was just as well.
