This was my best car buying experience ever. Gerard Dumas greeted me when I cam in and answered all my questions, accompanied me on the test drive and walked the lot as we looked at color option. He never pressured me for a sale, asked when I wanted to buy. He simply provide information. When I asked for a price he found the GM - Pat Dazzo and gave me a great starting price. Once we agreed on specifics, they found acquired the vehicle with the options color I wanted within 24 hours and closed the deal. Pat and Gerard could not have been more professional and helpful. After the sales Gerard called to made sure everything was going well with the car. Fantastic experience overall.

We bought a '23 Tahoe Z71 and the sales process couldn't have been more seamless. Our salesman, Paul Degrazia, was terrific and made the purchase an enjoyable process, which is pretty rare. My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I bought my 2019 xt4 over one year ago with 21K miles now have 30k miles - no problems at all. Runs beautifully, always reliable and very pretty in the red.

If you are looking into getting a new vehicle, DO NOT go anywhere else! This was my first time buying a car and I lacked knowledge in what to look for or what to expect during the process. Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Purchased a used Audi recently and was very happy with the sales person, Sabina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well (responsive). Ended up financing because we were out-of-state buyers. The finance manager was fantastic and worked quickly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Here’s why I only rated 4 stars - there was some sketchy deferred maintenance that was not addressed prior to offering the car for sale. Notably mismatched front tires and 4mm rear brake pads. The dealers own tech inspection sheets noted the need for immediate attention to the rear brakes, but they were not replaced. Mismatched tires, in my opinion, are also a safety issue. I can only imagine these issues were not addressed to maximize profit and that’s okay as long as the car is priced right. And it was, BUT I can’t imagine a less than 2% change in price would have stopped a sale. Safety is paramount.

I traded my 2004 cts in for the 2020 xt4. My local ORR dealer didn't have a red one, so I had to drive to Frico, TX to pick it up. Love the red color. Have to get use to all the bells and whistles. The heated stirring wheal was something I didn't expect. It's a very smart car, but has an owner who has to read the manual to learn what all that the xt4 has to offer. Having back issues, love the lumbar heated seats. Was very surprised when the bright lights came on automatically when I am driving thru a darker area. Got to get horn check because it sounds horrible like a truck instead of a smooth honk. Going from regular unleaded to premium unleaded was a money changer. Very roomy inside. Love that all doors can be unlocked automatically if you have the key close by. The cargo area is very spacious. I guess this car will take me until I die!!!!!

I love my Cadillac now. Don't know how much I'll love it when I have to pay out of pocket for a repair. I really love the Weatherization Package, Sun Roof, Moon roof, and All-Wheel Drive. The only complaint I have is my driver seat is very uncomfortable. The cushion is down to the rails on the seat and I have to add some kind of padding.

What a change 6 months make. They have new Managers their that actually care about the customer. I ended up buying a new Escalade and servicing my other Cadillac their! Isaac and Dave are awesome.

The ride is the best ride I ever had I have had many Cadillacs and the comfort is amazing little pricey but well worth it.

We bought a used Hyundai couple of weeks ago. I think we got a good deal. The dealership was a good experience, specially compared to the other places we had been to. The sales person Christian Gonzales was extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. His manager Renato Garcia was also a nice person to work with.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

About two weeks, I was in need of another used pre-owned vehicle. I like Fords. So I stopped in at Ford of Homewood on a Saturday. I was met by a very nice and knowledgeable sales representative named Juan. I discussed my needs, wants,and financial limits with him. Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

Bought a 2020 xt4 premium luxury 350T and so far I am liking the way the car handles. I love the remote auto start and remote trunk release! I also love that I can start the car, open and lock the car from my Cadillac phone app! Would definitely recommend this sporty and luxury suv!

Really like the car! BUT, BAD GAS MILEAGE! 14 CITY, 26 HWY.. ESTIMATE MILAGE 23 CITY, 30 HWY... NOT EVEN CLOSE.. 235 HP, TURBO! IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

They found me a 2024 Cadillac XT4 and I love it. My husband and I switch to Napleton Cadillac because they have wonderful followup and my salesperson Jimmy was very helpful and got us in and took great care of us. Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."

Just purchased my 2023 XT4 and I love everything about it! I purchased from Cadilac of Mahwah in New Jersey and I could not have had a better experience! They were wonderful!!! Super easy to work with, no issues at signing like I have experienced at other dealers. The whole process was super easy! Hate car shopping but this overall experience at Mahwah Cadilac was incredible! The car itself is so deceiving it looks small but the interior has so much room the options are amazing! My 6 foot three son even commented how he is no longer feeling squished like he was in my previous SUV. Highly recommend the XT4 and Cadillac Mahwah and trust me I am not easy to please!!! My sales representative was Paul the manager and paperwork was with Cirillo and they both went out of their way to be so helpful and attentive!

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I found a 2022 Cadillac Escalade that is a Certified car and in exceptional condition. I live in Skokie and the Pre-Owned Manager Dave and Ed were very accommodating, listened to my needs, and we worked out good deal. Super happy that I traded in two cars for it. We wanted to downsize from a 2020 Buick Encore . . . so we did! As a GM customer for 50 years, we leaned towards an Envision, but were turned off by its foreign origin. Although, I was aware of the somewhat mediocre reviews of the '23 XT4, we drove the '24 and found it much improved. Quiet, comfortable, stylish with a unique infotainment system and very peppy with the 2.0 Turbo. We are very happy with this crossover, especially since it's been getting great mileage (30+mpg).
