Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

The ride is the best ride I ever had I have had many Cadillacs and the comfort is amazing little pricey but well worth it.

Took car in for a recall and also got an oil change. Sara was great as usual. Was there for 3 hours and thats the reason for the 4 star review instead of a 5.

We wanted to downsize from a 2020 Buick Encore . . . so we did! As a GM customer for 50 years, we leaned towards an Envision, but were turned off by its foreign origin. Although, I was aware of the somewhat mediocre reviews of the '23 XT4, we drove the '24 and found it much improved. Quiet, comfortable, stylish with a unique infotainment system and very peppy with the 2.0 Turbo. We are very happy with this crossover, especially since it's been getting great mileage (30+mpg).

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

Service was done fast and efficient. I was told 45-60 minutes and done in 30 minutes. Service man was polite and knowledgeable. I was able to get on with my day quickly!

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

Sales people and Finance person were very helpful and knowledgeable about the various cars we looked at!

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I wanted to commend the service department on their professionalism. I had Johnny take care in a recall for my Ford Transit Connect. They did an overall inspection and suggested a few services that should be done. He didn’t try to scare me to do them and did only the services I authorised after he took the time to explain how they perform the work. Upon picking up my vehicle Spencer who has helped me in the past was great in helping delivering my vehicle. I also want to thank Alex in Mobil Vehicle Service for setting up my oil change. Really like the car! BUT, BAD GAS MILEAGE! 14 CITY, 26 HWY.. ESTIMATE MILAGE 23 CITY, 30 HWY... NOT EVEN CLOSE.. 235 HP, TURBO! IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

Made purchasing a car from afar easy. Everything they told me was accurate and in a timely manner. Sales staff was great and answered all my questions.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

Actually not a bad place to buy a car. I mean, it’s still a car dealership and the usual shenanigans apply, but they will negotiate, and they’re civil and professional. And they give you top for your trade, as I’ve shopped 4 other dealers, they were the best by thousands. Management does a good job too. Frank in particular is a good TO guy. All in all, if they have the car you want, buy from them. You probably won’t do better anywhere else

Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."

Just purchased my 2023 XT4 and I love everything about it! I purchased from Cadilac of Mahwah in New Jersey and I could not have had a better experience! They were wonderful!!! Super easy to work with, no issues at signing like I have experienced at other dealers. The whole process was super easy! Hate car shopping but this overall experience at Mahwah Cadilac was incredible! The car itself is so deceiving it looks small but the interior has so much room the options are amazing! My 6 foot three son even commented how he is no longer feeling squished like he was in my previous SUV. Highly recommend the XT4 and Cadillac Mahwah and trust me I am not easy to please!!! My sales representative was Paul the manager and paperwork was with Cirillo and they both went out of their way to be so helpful and attentive!

I recently began searching for a well-cared-for used SUV, and had started viewing vehs and contacting dealerships. I came across a few vehs I liked at Carizona in Mesa, so I arranged an approx time to come and look. Taylor Moilan reached out to me via email from my contact prior to my arrival, so once I got there I met up with him. He took me to see the first SUV, which was nice but didn't really click with me. I told him I would do some more looking and researching, but the way I was treated by him made me decide I was going to buy from him if at all possible-he is personable, easy-going and made me feel at ease--no pressure. Sure enough, I found some more vehs I wanted to try out, and back I went with a friend. The vibe at the dealership was very low-key, low-pressure. The 3rd SUV I test-drove was the one, and once the decision was made, I was driving it off the lot in about 2 hours. The finance mgr Yesi was amazing too, she made the process easy, smooth and a pleasure. My friend was so impressed, he decided he would buy his next car from Taylor as well. It was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

I bought my 2019 xt4 over one year ago with 21K miles now have 30k miles - no problems at all. Runs beautifully, always reliable and very pretty in the red.
