Used 2021 Cadillac XT5 for sale near Hanscom AFB, MA

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

The staff at Richard’s Motorcars was very easy to deal with, super friendly and responsive. My salesman Leo looked into every question I had and replied to me in a timely fashion. Because I am out of state, he made sure I knew the items required by Massachusetts to purchase the car and return to NH, and he politely reminded me a day in advance just so there were no surprises. I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s!

This is the 2nd XT5 that we have owed. Our 2021 is a good improvement over our 2017. They have changed some things that I did not like from previous years. Overall great value!

From the first phone call to the in-person meeting with our sales representative Aram, our experience was excellent. Great vehicle! Does everything well. Very nice looking ( especially when compared to like type vehicles!) interior is what you would expect of a Cadillac. Price is extremely good compared to most of imports of like type. Proud it is AMERICAN!

My service advisor (Scott), is very professional and knowledgeable about the type of service and repairs my car needed. I was having issue with my car and as soon as I called and explained the problem, he was able to arrange an appointment and took care of the situation right away. Moreover, his eagerness and willingness to help is the reason why I keep returning to this place.

Ira was the only dealer who had what we wanted.Sales representative was great. Test drive, negotiation of price. Put down a deposit and picked it up three days later.

I’ve been dealing with another dealership for the 10 years and purchased (8) vehicles. I went to Nicaraguan Alan an as they were the only dealership that the vehicle I was interested in. On my initial phone call to them, the sales manager “ Marty” happened to answer the phone. I told what I was interested in and would be the in20 minutes. To my surprise the car was waiting at the front door and as I walk in the door Jamal was right there waiting for my arrival. Quite impressive!! Marty came over and introduced himself and sent Jamal and myself to go through the cars feature and take it for a test drive. Once we returned Marty was right there along with Jamal to answer all my questions. Never once did either of them loose their full attention on me. You just don’t see this level of customer service anymore. Once again quite impressive!! I pick up my vehicle today and without me knowing as I had some questions for Marty, Jamal had taken the plates from my old vehicle, had the car all set up with Onstar, had the charging station app downloaded amongst other things. These guys were very low keyed, full of information and truly made an effort to give me a fantastic deal. I officially have a new dealership now. Easy top notch experience from start to finish. I had a vehicle in mind upon arrival. After looking at the vehicle on the lot I was introduced to Lou Carvalho. Lou was great to work with when trying to finalize the deal. The process of negotiating the deal from start to finish was handled with professionalism and extremely easy to work with in getting the deal done. Once we agreed upon the deal I was brought over to the finance department and met Waseem who also was exceptional to work with and did his best to find the best financials to get the deal done. Both of these gentleman made my purchase a breeze and I would highly recommend Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Easiest experience I've had with getting the right vehicle and at that right price!
