The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I found the dealership to be very transparent. Also found the salesman was easy to talk with. No pressure.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

I'm a retired Used Rolls-Royce/Bentley dealer in Geneva, NY. I saw an ad for a 1991 Cadillac at Century Motors. After discussing it with Frank the owner, I decided to buy it "sight unseen". I sent the check and they shipped it to me in Geneva, NY 1400 miles away! I was not only satisfied with discussions with Frank, but the car arrived and I am thoroughly satisfied. It needed a right front bumper molding and Frank agreed to send one to me. This dealership requires consideration if you want to buy a well serviced car of any make or model. This dealership has a remarkably great reputation an I agree that it is one of the few So Florida used car stores who are honest, service the car BEFORE selling it and takes careful steps to insure good relationships with customers. I may even buy another one from them, and spread the news of his store to my friends up here in the North who may want a "rust free" Southern car! Great store, nice people, as a retired dealer I'm showing my respect for Frank & team! Imagine buying a 35 yr old car from someone 14oo miles away "sight unseen" and be happy! I DID! YOU SHOULD!

This 18 year old Car has "lasted 10 years" like it should, as the song says. Its still smooth, powerful, and everything still works. The original white paint still looks like new. Of course, the previous owner obviously took care of it, and I will too. Heads turn, when I arrive in this, even tho, Used, I paid about 20 cents on the dollar for what most new ones cost. Sure, I miss the backup camera, the blind spot monitor, and adaptive cruise of my newer cars, but, I fixed the BSM with a small round concave mirror which eliminated that blind spot. I feel very safe in the powerful big car, that gets surprisingly great mileage on the hiway, sometimes close to 30 miles per gallon, with an average of around 27 hiway. Of course its much worse around town, stop and go. The trunk is so large, that a small family could move in the trunk and live there. Well not quite. This model is the "fleet livery" model. I understand that GM put a 3 year 150,000 mile warranty on the fleet models.. you dont want it to break, so that warranty is a vote of confidence. I think a big difference between "fleet" models and the regular Caddy, is the fleet has an oversized radiator, and holds 60 percent more oil. This is important because radiators tend to clog up, reducing capacity, over time, and causing the engine to heat up. Overheating is a killer of engines and this massive radiator keeps it cool no matter what. It also takes extra oil..8 quarts. That keeps it cool, too. It costs a little more oil at oil changes, But that's but its a small price to pay for a very reliable car.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

My last 3 cars have been Cadillacs and it is probably the most underrated vehicle in existence. During these same periods we leased 2 BMWs and one Jaguar. None were better then the Cadillacs in any way. All of these cars spent time in the shop. The first BMW on this list spent months away from us because of a problem they could not figure out. Anyway, the Cadillacs had oil changes and a few flat tires. No shop time. The fist and third were 6 cylinders(which got no specific reason I preferred) and the other was a turbo 4. All delivered excellent performance and reasonable economy in the 22-25 MPG range. The electronics are intuitive, stereo is superior, handling and breaking excellent as is the handling. My leade expired and Cadillac doesn’t make a coupe anymore, so I bought the car. Not expecting any issues.

I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Have you ever taken a sentimental journey back to a favorite place only to find that yesteryears landscape may have changed yet the allure and intrinsic beauty of it still shined through filling you with a yearning to make that little spot of the World all yours? Well, that was my reaction when I first saw the CT4. This small Cadillac is very modern looking, yet it inherited the subtle, classic beauty of its distant relatives. The linear lines of its design, (that instantly identifies it as a Cadillac) with a touch of sculpturing make the CT4 appear longer and larger than it is. The handsome modern yet distinctive grill and front end also clearly announces it as unmistakably a Cadillac. Cadillac's designers put some thought in designing the rear of the CT4 giving it an unclutter attractive balanced look unlike many of its competitors' back-ends which shout out "after-thought". (I state my opinion knowing beauty is in the eyes of the beholder). A view of the back of the CT4 boast vertical taillights, another attractive and dateless classic Cadillac signature feature yet modern in their appealing integration around the sides of the rear quarter panels. The Cadillac CT4 presents itself as a nice balance between a small sport and luxury car. I find the modern definition of interior luxury to my liking and its quality and appearance on par, in my opinion, with its competitors which I've sat inside. The CT4 feels like "home". The DIC is easy to read, and the CUE is intuitive and not difficult at all to navigate. Controls are thoughtfully located within reach whether on the steering wheel or on the touch screen. The seats are comfortable and give all the support I need even for a man my size. For a sport car the front seating area of the cabin is surprisingly roomy with plenty of leg room. I do not feel closed-in or cramped in the cabin. As for the rear seating area, it is small and, in my opinion, it is not a car for those with a family nor for those who need to frequently transport others. The trunk is small and not suitable for those who need to haul a lot around. All around visibility when driving is very good and driving safety is augmented by all the safety features that come standard with the CT4. There is very good vision from the large sideview mirrors as well as the rearview mirror. (Speaking of safety features and other desirable options, the Premium Luxury trimline, which I have, offers much more for your money and is well worth considering when looking to buy this Cadillac.). I find I have no difficulty in entering or exiting this car. Some of the many features that tickle my fancy and put a smile on my face are the auto-high/low beam, the rain sensor function, the exterior lighting option which turns on the lights when approaching the car (great safety and convenient option especially at night), the auto locking of the doors (eliminates that nagging question I have when I'm in a rush--"Did I lock the car?"), cornering lamps (so glad Cadillac brought them back). The Bose radio is fantastic. I absolutely love the long linear hood that gives me a sense as to where the front end of the car ends! The CT4 comes with many more options too numerous to list here. The Turbo 4-cylinder engine is powerful and responsive. It took me a couple of days to get use to the fast response and power from it. Driving the CT4 on winding roads is a pleasure and fun. The car moves effortlessly and confidently without swaying. On the straight away it is a pleasure to drive. The ride is comfortable and smooth. I very rarely have the need to drive highways. Most of my driving is local and the car has been consistently averaging around 25 to 26 MPG on premium gas (which is recommended for the CT4). I have not owned this car long enough to attest to the long-term reliability of it but if it is like the other new Cadillacs (and the numerous other GM brand cars) I have owned in the past, it will be trouble-free and very reliable.

I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.
