I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

Let me start by saying that was from a phone call is where it begin, I placed the call and Leor answered I told him what I noticed online and he said can you come on down I said it will little late for me because I was in West Palm Beach he said come on I wait for you. I did get a little lost getting there, I made it so happened Leor was with another customer but he didn’t leave me hanging he sent Emanuel to assist me and he did a excellent job, the car that I looked at wasn’t what I wanted the color I thought it was, I was little disappointed but Emmanuel said I think we have another one and it is red I said ok let me see it, at first look he couldn’t find it but he said come here let me show you why I didn’t see it, look up!! there nice candy apple red Cadillac waiting for someone to test it and I did and fall in Love with it. The process from beginning to the end its been nothing but a pleasure. Started with phone call with friendly salesman, very easy to navigate for a test drive which I chose 2 cars to see very happy with Leor and Emmanuel work as a team to make me happy. They was amazing from finish to end. I was blown away!! Wow, When they said they would deliver the car WoW all the way to Belle Glade they said Yes that was amazing. I felt so Special even though they do it for other but for me. The service was incredible, they brought it to me the next day and I was so excited to see them but They Did forget to bring a bow for me to take a picture 🥹 I hope and pray that I can continue doing business there. I traded my 2004 cts in for the 2020 xt4. My local ORR dealer didn't have a red one, so I had to drive to Frico, TX to pick it up. Love the red color. Have to get use to all the bells and whistles. The heated stirring wheal was something I didn't expect. It's a very smart car, but has an owner who has to read the manual to learn what all that the xt4 has to offer. Having back issues, love the lumbar heated seats. Was very surprised when the bright lights came on automatically when I am driving thru a darker area. Got to get horn check because it sounds horrible like a truck instead of a smooth honk. Going from regular unleaded to premium unleaded was a money changer. Very roomy inside. Love that all doors can be unlocked automatically if you have the key close by. The cargo area is very spacious. I guess this car will take me until I die!!!!!

I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.

No repairs required runs great beautiful design brakes are squeaking seems to be stalling when going basic speed. Love the interior exterior design comfortable ride

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

I bought my 2019 xt4 over one year ago with 21K miles now have 30k miles - no problems at all. Runs beautifully, always reliable and very pretty in the red.
