AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

I purchase a CLK 350 from there a few years ago with 99,000 miles and today I’m still enjoying it. To me they don’t mind fixing the problem if you understand that this is a use Car lot and not all cars are perfect. At one time I went to Auction and j no ought sold cars. I understand Customer Satisfaction and they seem to do that. I took a friend there to get a vehicle she got a 2013 SUV Hyundai very clean she drove it the first day engine light came and they told her to bring back and they will look at it. Knowing this most use cars are “As Is” and they are will to work with you. She is a single mom doing Uber to survive and I believe this is the perfect car for her. I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

Our 2008 Cadillac has 120k miles on it. Looks and smells brand new. Can't tell its used.. Wow.. What a car! We service it regularly, and my wife is not a big traveler. What is impressive is that nothing has gone wrong with it, other than regular service work..

I previously leased a 2014 and was heartbroken when I had to return it end of lease in 2017. I picked up a used 2015 in 2020 and it has been as much pleasure to drive as the previous one. Both were 2.0L turbos, 4WD. I am in Canada, and it performs well, especially in winter, with winter tires of course. The ride is stiff but responsive. Comfort is great in the front. Consider this a two-seater unless you are only putting young kids or people you dislike in the cramped, unheated rear seats. Everything about driving this car is a joy. The acceleration, the handling, the sound system, the brakes, I could go on. Everything about the CUE system is of course abysmal. The design, the reliability, the fact that every once in a while it comes up with a nag screen reminding you to keep your eyes on the road, which you have to take your eyes off the road to dismiss. I bought the 2015 with a broken screen, knowing that I could replace it myself for 1/10th of what the dealer was charging, as I had to do this with my SRX - twice! Both side mirrors have failed and are now secured with epoxy. You would think that a company that has been around for 100 years or so would know how to make side mirrors? But I know that they also don't know how to make headlights, because (as already mentioned) I also own an SRX. If you can put up with the annoyances (which I can), this is a great car.

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

The Hyundai Tucson car I came to see and hoped to purchase was sold a couple hours prior to my arriving. I was a little disappointed, but Tim came to the rescue and with my children on the phone, I left with an Audi Q5. The team of Tim, Marcus, and Mark in Finance helped and got me in the Q5! My appointment on today was once again a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. Although a few technical issues existed with the computer systems on today, we must keep in mind the fact that sometimes technology will have its hiccups, and as customers that is beyond our control, but for Chris Marrero, despite the inconveniences such hiccups may have caused, he continued to push through with a smile on his face as he assisted me by continuing to provide great customer service. In the end, he explained things to me as it relates to my car while working closely with the technicians assigned to do the work, they were once again able to provide an uninterrupted and exemplary service. I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
