This car runs great and has a smooth ride. The interior leather is plush and the radio console is user friendly. If you keep up with maintenance it will last 20+ years in excellent shape. Only real flaw, gas mileage isn't ideal.

I moved into a little old lady's house who was in her last two years. I loved the house and this 98 cadillac was in the garage where I parked my 95 MB 230 compressor. I loved looking at this car every time I pulled in. Battery was Dead car is Absolutely clean and Beautiful. The daughter sold it to me for $6000. 60k miles and awesome. I've drove it 3 years now and only put $1000 in tires and $569 for new oxygen sensor, wires and new plugs. My friends all Teese me for being a shiny white guy with a Big Ole Cadillac...lol.. Friday Feb. 16th, I went in on a spur of the moment to look for a car for my family. I am a single mom of toddler twins, an 8 yr that lives in Cali and a 16 yr old man child. I needed a car with plenty of space, that was reliable to get me to Cali to see my 8 yr old and that was safe for the twins. Jesse was the first to approach me! He was very kind and seemed to understand exactly what my family needed. He showed me their 2015 Ford Flex (I love flex’s so I was mostly already sold!) I took it for a test drive and decided to go for it! She was perfect for my family! I noticed by Sunday the car started to jolt. I had a feeling it was either a misfire in one of the cylinders or the tranny was slipping. By the following Tuesday morning, I went to get coffee before work and the check engine light came on. I emailed the guys there, and calmly voiced my frustration and said that I would be missing work that day to bring it back in. When I pulled back up, I was greeted by Chris and Jesse. I explained to them what had happened. Chris ran a code reader on it, sure enough it was a 4th cylinder misfire! Jesse introduced me to Thor, the mechanic next door and he said he’d get it fixed up! I was so pleased! We went over prices and what it would cost to switch it out. And it was way cheaper than going to Jiffy Lub to have it done there!! Which made me even more happier! Given Kitty (My Flex) was my only transportation, the guys decided to allow me to borrow one of their cars off the lot while Kitty was getting worked on. All of these guys, Jesse, Chris, Drew, Brad and Thor, are all such wonderful people!!! Very friendly! Very welcoming! Willing to listen to frustrations and concerns! Just amazing people!!! By midday Wednesday, Drew calls me on my lunch to inform me that Kitty was all done being worked on and she runs like new! Man, I was so excited to get off work to go pick her up! Drew also told me that they felt that with me only having the car a few days, that it wouldn’t be right to have me pay for the work. I was so shocked and surprised when he said that, I cried!!! Not only did they switch out the bad spark plug, they went ahead and replaced ALL SIX OF THEM!! WHEN I SAY THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING, THATS A HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to get a car from their lot!!!! They don’t treat you like you’re just another customer, they really treat you and take care of you like family!!!! My Kitty runs soooooooo amazingly!!!! From the very very deepest parts of our hearts, THANK YOU TO ALL FIVE OF YOU GUYS!!!! We sure love our Kitty and I can’t wait to take her to Cali at the end of next month!!!

Great vehicle loved it all 10 yrs I owned it however this specific vehicle in port Huron at Cawood Honda is garbage. Good deal if there wasn't over $2000 in repairs needed to drive it off the lot. Being a mechanic I suggest not buying it.

It’s been about 2 months since my purchase, I came in to Salem motor sports looking for something to fit my commute to work in something respectable, I absolutely love Chris, he is simply wonderful guy. If your looking to find top quality Cars for crazy affordable price minus the haggle and hassle, this is the only guy to go to. He surprised me with an black Impala LTZ he had detailed. So after one look at the cleanest Car(interior looked like it was never used.) and a quick test drive and I was in love. After I got home I looked under the hood. Looked brand new? Best Buy I’ve ever seen. I’m so lucky to have found Chris, he’s a guy that really wants you to get the best for your money. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Purchased this 16 YEAR OLD car on 1-20-2016 with 111,000 mileage for $9000. Now has 188,000 miles on it. Had one repair for $2,900 and two around $2,000 since then related to engine performance (flywheel..yikes!) but factor in cheap insurance with NO LOAN PAYMENTS for years, i've actually OWNED this car for years. Book value is close to nothing but mechanical value is priceless at this point. Plan to run it to the ground or perhaps recondition it at this point. Would like to keep it till it hits 250K if possible just for fun and gigills.

Wonderful vehicle. 14 years old & I still get many compliments. It’s that special white exterior that changes color especially under bright lights. Still rides & drives like new. Quite incredible.

It is roomy with great cargo space. I refuse to trade it even though it is expensive to repair. I am very sad that this design was discontinued.

Couple of nice old dudes own this place. They had some good stuff for sale. Some stuff above market, some stuff at market, and a few gems below market price too. I found a nice deal on "The Boat", a 2007 Grand Marquis from them. Not perfect, but in good shape with low miles. There's a car for every budget on their lot. Probably one of the few pay-and-drive type lots left that isn't run by xxxxxx.

I love my Cadillac DTS! Its a beautiful car inside & out and I constantly get compliments on it, If I get on it , it will MOVE so I love the power it has as well..but within 2 months of buying it we had to put a transmission in it also did the drivers side wheel bearings twice and the passenger side once and I can already hear the drivers side again, leaks oil like a sieve and now I need to put shocks on it. Great car, but anywho who's owned a cadillac knows what they are getting into.

Stands out for luxury. “TRY FINDING THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY!” 1st northstar powered car I’ve owned. Son gave it to me at 84,000 miles. I have several trouble lights yet it starts and runs fine the last 7,000 miles. Plenty of room allows my gf to put footprints on the windshield. Rides smooth. Selling bc it’s to low, I’m a pickup man, they have larger beds. Parts I’m replacing are 1-both rear window motors,2-clockspring,3-front &rear shocks,4-camshaft position sensor5-spark plugs.

Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

This car met all my needs. It has plenty of rooms from the driver to the front and rear passengers. Plenty of room to carry luggage. Great for a large families with children and their many little toys.

I work the GM for a few years my dad retired from GM after 32 years I started doing mechanical work on cars my dad I picked out a Cadillac 2007 DTS for him and it was on the lot in 2009 when he went and got it didn't have any miles on it I told him to trim little trim the best Cadillac in the world get it you got it he had it from 2009 until he passed 2014 and then I paid it off for my mom and she kept her 2023 last year when she passed and then became my car it's a beautiful car I've never had to replace one thing except for a headlight and it's easy you do not have to take off the bumper you have to loosen it up and you have to turn the light on a slight angle to take it out and it comes right out and I replaced that ball twice once for my dad and once for myself turn out you want to take it off and then mechanic for 20 years of killings it is a beautiful car ride for the dream I love it I'll never get rid of it I don't drive in the winter time just to summertime !
