This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.

I was in the process of buying a used Ford F-150 . With no luck in shopping around with other dealers. I came across High Quality Auto and noticed a few trucks that I was interested in. Even though my truck is a 2010 which is what I was shopping for it runs and feels like a new truck. Not a big fan of the navigation system but it does the job. And wish passenger bench seat would recline. Other than that it's a pleasure to drive. I put 24k and no problems whatsoever. Just routine oil change

I bought this van 5 years ago with the intention to convert it to a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I got the conversion done back in 2012. Have had no major issues with it. I currently have 170000 miles on it.

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
