This people that helped us buy our new Ford Fusion were great ... they worked out the details to the exact amount we wanted to spend ... they also were not pushy like so many car dealers can be ... very happy with the experience and will go back to buy my cars there in the future.
The service team at DCH (formerly Buhler) are excellent. Karen and Kyle always take care of my service needs ASAP. They explain in detail clearly and completely. I will only come here , I travel far just for an oil change
With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.
Tony Watson and Mike Valentino in Service department are great to deal with. Did an awesome job on how they made sure my Audi RS5 was fully wrapped in plastic before performing work. It was like a surgical procedure was being done on my car. Tony kept me informed on when my car would be ready and had loaner car waiting for me when I arrived. Just awesome people to deal with.

I just came home with my new E class and I cannot say enough great things about my car buying experience, once I met Gina Patano. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gina. From start to finish she was incredibly honest, upfront, helpful and there was no pressure. She listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect car, without any bait and switch. This was not the case with some of the other dealers I had visited prior to working with Gina. Ray.was very efficient and helpful in guiding us through the details of purchasing the car. He and my husband worked through the pricing and we were pleased with the final sale. He also was exceedingly helpful during the final hour of purchase in teaching me the ins and outs of the car. We truly appreciate all his hard work.
Went in on a whim to see what they had to offer not expecting to walk out with a brand new car. I told them what I had to work with, and they put me in a car I liked and with a nice monthly payment. I was in and out in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
The salespeople at this dealership were courteous, honest and did not waste any of my time during the process of our leasing of a new Kia. Other dealerships could certainly learn a lesson in how to properly treat a prospective customer, as I truly believe they did a phenomenal job!
If you buy a Sportage from them, make sure that it comes with a spare. Unfortunately ours did not which we found out to our dismay on a trip in Florida. Any car which we had purchased previously from Toyota or Honda always did. I would have thought it would have been included for a purchase price of $ 25,000.

First and foremost, Sean Lynch is the Salesman to see! I needed a larger vehicle as I frequently drive my three grandchildren around at the same time. I was already in a KIA Soul and loved the car. The size was just not working. I was just about 1/3 of the way through my financing, so we were pretty sure we wouldn't be able to trade up. My husband was approached by Sean upon hi arrival at the dealership. Ethan liked him right away. He was easy to talk to, not pushy and willing to understand where we were coming from. Within minutes, Ethan was driving a Sorento. It was perfect, three rows of seats and back up cam, plus a few extras. When I got there, Mr. Lynch was equally cordial, and was happy to tell me that a car was on the horizon! But...... I didn't like the color! Sean immediately got on the phone to the surrounding dealers and promptly found the interior and body colors I wanted. We had plans for the evening, so Sean offered to drive our new car to our house, so that we didn't have to stay and wait. Our beautiful new Sorento was waiting in our driveway upon our return! Thank you Sean Lynch for making a very good car dealership into an awesome place to purchase your new car! You must check it out and ask for Mr. Lynch!
