You'll find this hard to believe but we came back today and traded four cars for four cars with him today. We traded the Tahoe for a Traverse and I finally got into a Trail Boss. We also traded the teenage boys vehicles and we did it all without getting divorced! Joe Koebke did it all while getting up and done a hundred times after having his hip replaced a couple weeks ago. I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

This is reliable little van and I took it road tripping every year and then would double it as a handicap van for my grandson, he is in a wheelchair. It worked well until my grandson grew up and needed a traditional conversion handicap van. The only complaint I have is the back driver tire had some flaw, it would have to be replaced before the others and would develop a bubble.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.
