Great assistance from service representative, no unwanted add ones, even told me one of the services I requested was not due at this time. Found out why I requested that particular service and told me I actually had another issue that was giving me the same issues a broken bolt in the exhaust system causing a reduction in gas mileage. Justin was an excellent salesman and made the process go thru flawlessly. It was the shortest amount of time to buy a car I had ever spent. In other dealers usually takes all day, in Kevin Grover it only took a couple of hours. Mr. Grover came by and thanked us for out business. Everyone was friendly. When we asked the dealer about the history of the vehicles they revealed exactly what we had read on the reports. We appreciated the honesty.

Very reliable but could use some improvements on the comfort . brake pedal is high so sitting in traffic can be a burden on your knees.

For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

Plenty of room to carry the grandkids and still room in the back for carrying things. Navigator 2.5 L engine, back up camera, towing package and great features throughout. It's like driving a luxury car. I love my 2017 transit connect van !

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

The sales person (Anna) was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Arranged a test drive for the car. Allowed me to place a small deposit to hold it until I can arrange the full down payment, due to the holiday weekend and banks were closed Monday. Tuesday finished up the paper work and drove the car home. No issues at all, simple, clean and quick.

Just bought this vehicle. The engine purrs and seems reliable. Not powerful, but a good utility vehicle i plan to use as camper van base. lots of room in the back, but wish they did make it a foot longer and foot wider.
