I was drawn to Mark Allen Chevy because he is a veteran as I am. I bought a 2019 2500 HD Duramax in 2021 in September when no new vehicle were available. Have been having everything done on this vehicle at the dealership since. Have always worked with a true Gentleman named Matt. There is no words to describe the service that he provides from being willing to help at all times and his people skills. I will not do business with any one else or even consider doing so because of my treatment by this employee. I also have complete trust in him which is rare in this day and age. I express my thanks to the entire team of Mark Allen Chevy at Glenpool. I would not buy a vehicle from any one else because of how I have been treated since becoming a customer. I came back from a trip, and picking up my Jeep at the airport, remembered I wanted to get it serviced. Once home, I easily scheduled it, for the next morning, at my preferred time. I was able to drop it off, go to my dental appointment, etc., and when I returned to the Service Department 4 hours later, they had it waiting on me. They did contact me once during that time period for approval for some items I had not noticed needed repair, so they only do what you ask, unless they find something additional that you then approve to have done. No surprise costs.

The salesman Ray, was knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate the prompt, no hassle experience provided by each department at Chris Nickle. It was a pleasant buying experience.

Great assistance from service representative, no unwanted add ones, even told me one of the services I requested was not due at this time. Found out why I requested that particular service and told me I actually had another issue that was giving me the same issues a broken bolt in the exhaust system causing a reduction in gas mileage. Superb job from start to finish. Nice to know there are still honest people in the auto business. Old retired USN MCPO thanks you all.

Justin was an excellent salesman and made the process go thru flawlessly. It was the shortest amount of time to buy a car I had ever spent. In other dealers usually takes all day, in Kevin Grover it only took a couple of hours. Mr. Grover came by and thanked us for out business. Everyone was friendly. The loan officer was nice and wen thru the signatures with us. Would recommend this dealer without a doubt.

When we asked the dealer about the history of the vehicles they revealed exactly what we had read on the reports. We appreciated the honesty.

We recently bought a CNG truck from Morris Auto Sales and they have provided beyond excellent service. We are new to CNG systems and have had several questions. Everytime we call they are more than happy to explain the system. They are knowledgeable and friendly, definitely not pushy and very patient with us and our questions. They even offered to stand behind their vehicle if anything were to go wrong once we went home. We have been thrilled with the benefits of CNG so far and are happy to recommend their dealership.

Very reliable but could use some improvements on the comfort . brake pedal is high so sitting in traffic can be a burden on your knees.

For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

The process took a few hours but compared to other car purchases we've made in the past this was the least stressful of all. Plenty of room to carry the grandkids and still room in the back for carrying things. Navigator 2.5 L engine, back up camera, towing package and great features throughout. It's like driving a luxury car. I love my 2017 transit connect van !

The Express 2500 Van is a heavy duty van platform with tons of configuration options from the manufacturer and the aftermarket. There are 3 engine choices and several trim levels to suit. Great unit!

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

The sales person (Anna) was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Arranged a test drive for the car. Allowed me to place a small deposit to hold it until I can arrange the full down payment, due to the holiday weekend and banks were closed Monday. Tuesday finished up the paper work and drove the car home. No issues at all, simple, clean and quick.

My 2015 NV200 SV is my work van. I added a ladder rack with two ladders and a step ladder which had a big effect of the fuel economy (from about 25 mpg to 20 mpg). The paint and body panels are easily damaged so I strongly recommend adding a bra or 3M transparent film. Inside plastic is easily scratched. The seats are comfortable and the driver sits higher than the average mini van so visibility is better. The tires that Nissan puts on this van will wear out quickly so this van has the unfair reputation of going through tires fast which is not true. I replaced the cheap Goodyear Eagle Cargo Tires with Nokian WGR All Weather tires and the wear is normal after over 24,000 miles (Looks like they're good for at least another 24,000 miles). I noticed much better performance in snow and ice conditions after that. Cab heater is inadequate for cold weather regions and you have to keep it in "recirculation" below -10 to -15 degrees celcius. AC works OK in temperatures over 25 degrees Celsius. Parking is very easy in tight situations. Acceleration and handling are adequate but not fantastic (that's good enough for work). GPS Navigation is adequate but not super accurate. Engine and CV transmission still working well but wheels seem to need realignment at almost every service rotation. Only real problem I've had with this van were the power door lock actuators in weather below -1 degree Celsius. Dealer found that they were not adjusted properly and finally fixed it after three visits.
