We stopped by on a whim after seeing a car (infinity QX56) that we had been talking about for almost a year. By that evening we drove it home - the staff really worked with us to get a deal that we could live with. We are still ironing out some details - so that is why there are only four stars listed, but they have been very responsive and have really been honest with us - their service guy, James is outstanding - on the sales end Mike and Anita were also great! So far we've had a really good experience with Cardinal Motors and would recommend them to others - give them a shot, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Doing the type work that I perform the van was an excellent choice, able to carry repair parts on board which decreased my time at job sites and less hardware stops.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle I found the customer service exceptional and was very appreciative of the customer focus.

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

I was looking for a moderately-priced starter car for my daughter. The dealership had several to choose from. The test drive experience was hassle-free; I was able to take the car by myself without any salespeople with me. I was able to take the car to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. I was not able to haggle as much as I would like but did get a couple hundred off the listed price. Smaller dealership but quality experience.

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

Extremely Smooth Transaction! MTAC had a hard to find low mileage 2011 CTS-V Coupe at a reasonable price. The car was well presented on-line. At the beginning of the year, we started looking for a new Chevy Colorado 2 DR WT, a truck that seemed to be as rare as a unicorn. Columbia Chevrolet in Cincinnati, OH listed one for sale online in early March, 2023. We are located in Columbus, OH, 100 miles away. I messaged Columbia on a Sunday morning & a salesperson responded later in the day. After discussing what we wanted, including financing options, I told him we'd try to come down the next day, but weren't sure our schedule would permit the trip. We did go the next morning & sales had the vehicle in the showroom, ready for inspection. Sales also had financing options ready for review. We executed the deal & were back on the road to Columbus in less than an hour & a half. PERFECT!!!

Dave at Lanigan’s Auto was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions over the phone and set up a time for me to come look at a car (I was buying from out of state). Everything was ready for me when I got there. I purchased my dream car from him. He made it so easy! The 6.0 liter at 342hp is fast, rpm's are low (60mph=1500rpm), 18+mpg highway. Can carry a 24' ladder inside and still open the glove compartment. I carry a 3 section 32' ladder inside as well. As with all of my chevy's this one will likely go 250k miles till I sell it.

We drove nearly 2 hours to purchase a vehicle....I must say with all sincerity that once we stepped through those doors, Dave met our every need. My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.
