Germain Ford of Beavercreek review
I wanted to update my previous review and recognize this dealership for going above and beyond to make things right. Following my initial purchase experience and the issues I encountered with my vehicle, the dealership stepped up and offered an exceptionally generous trade-in allowance to help offset some of my financial losses. Their willingness to address my concerns and work toward a fair resolution speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. A special thank you to Rex, the General Manager, who was extremely accommodating, understanding, and genuinely committed to making things right. Andria, my sales consultant, was incredibly supportive, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. Sarah, the manager, once again demonstrated exceptional professionalism, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service. While my original experience had its challenges, I firmly believe a dealership’s integrity is best measured by how it responds when things don’t go as planned. Rex, Andria, and Sarah turned a disappointing experience into a positive one. Their efforts restored my confidence in this dealership, and I sincerely appreciate everything they did to earn back my business. I would gladly recommend this dealership to others!

Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell review
I couldn’t be happier with my new Mercedes-Benz! The vehicle is everything I hoped for and more, with the perfect combination of luxury, performance, comfort, and technology. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service I received from Alex Woods and Noah Smith at Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell. Alex provided excellent assistance with the vehicle features and technology, making sure I was comfortable with everything my new Mercedes has to offer. Noah was equally impressive throughout the sales process—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. Both went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and commitment to customer service made all the difference. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience, and Alex and Noah made it exactly that. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell to anyone looking for not only an exceptional vehicle but also an exceptional buying experience. Alex Woods and Noah Smith are outstanding representatives of the Mercedes-Benz brand, and their service deserves to be recognized. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family!

Performance Toyota review
Our sales person, Jacob, was very pleasant and knowledgeable beyond his youthful age. We purchased a used 2018 RAV4. I like to haggle, so it took some time to negotiate a price that we were comfortable with. All the employees from Performance Toyota were pleasant and easy to talk with. From our sales person Jacob, to Sterling and Matt in the finance department we felt almost like family. An overall great experience.

Performance Kings HondaReviews
Performance Kings Honda review
This review isn't great. I had gone in to have my oil changed, the windshield wipers replaced and the window seal on the passenger side. I arrived at about three o'clock, I left around seven. I was the last person to be seen. The person that I saw first and gave the information to did not put anything about the passenger side window seal. And that was one of the main things I wanted done. It was not even put on the report, we talked about it twice. When i was finally informed that my car was ready. The gentleman told me that the window seal wasn't on the report. So of course it wasn't done, and now it was too late to do it. I was very unhappy. So now I have to go back just to have them look at that window seal. I have never been unhappy with their service, but this made me plenty unhappy.

Brian Newcomb was very responsive as far as what I requested as was a great help getting me through this vehicle purchase! Although the finance department could use at least one more person in there, it was rather busy that day I came in, even though it was a Monday.
