Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIATReviews
Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT review
My Ram 3500 suddenly went into "LIMP MODE" I was able to nurse it to a nearby Dodge dealership for assistance. After inspection The Service Manager told me there were wires under the dashboard that were not Dodge parts and my repair would not be covered under warranty and he had no idea how long or how expensive repairs would take. He then stated they had no loaner cars and Id have to go rent a vehicle to get home. I was LIVID!!! I called Krystal from whom I purchased my truck and spoke to Andy in Service and explained my situation. Andy asked me to hand my phone to the other Service Mgr. Andy instructed him not to touch my truck and that Krystal would picking it up and brought back to their service Dept. I wish you could have seen the look on his stunned face! Next morning my truck was picked up and after inspection by Andy and his fine crew of techs they discovered the problem was NOT any wires but rather the Power Distribution Center was faulty. My truck was PROPERLY diagnosed and repaired in short order and then DELIVERED to my home nearly 100 miles away!! Andy kept me in the loop constantly and communication was fantastic. All repairs were covered under my warranty as were my car rental fees. Service of this caliber is near IMPOSSIBLE to find these days but it is certainly alive and kicking at Krystal Motors. Needless to say I will travel to Krystal to Purchase our next vehicles regardless of the distance. Customer care has made us LOYAL to them. Again THANK YOU to Andy and his fine crew!!

I had another fantastic experience at McGee Ford, thanks to Alexis! This is my second vehicle from the dealership, and both experiences have been outstanding. Alexis was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and respected my budget without ever making me feel pressured. She made the entire process easy, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect vehicle. If you’re looking for a salesperson who genuinely cares about finding the right fit for you, I highly recommend asking for Alexis. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next vehicle!

My 2016 Jeep Cherokee needed a brake job and I didn't want to drive far. So I went to Krystal. What nice people! The service department guys were totally honest and caring.I was getting bored with my car and was searching for a good Certified Jeep. Again, I went to Krystal. They had exactly what I was looking for. I got a very fair price for my trade in. They didn't try to push all the extras on me. All in all it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. They have a new customer for life! Highly recommended!
