We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. But they have complimentary beverages and it’s very clean and upbeat. If I wanted a manicure I would go to a nail shop. I wanted a car, and I got one today! Thanks!

if you can find a low milage ,rust free example BUY IT . You will never find another vehicle so dependable and comfortable as this rear drive van. if you find an allwheel drive NEVER SELL IT
I had seen this dealership on my way to and from on the freeway. I was happy to find a car I've wanted for 13 years! I found the car via CarGurus.com. Jerry was my sales person and he was phenomenal! I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I had a hefty down payment, due to trying to re-establish my credit after a serious back injury. Jerry was very patient as I had to move money around to be able to purchase the vehicle.
I am happy to say that my experience at I-10 Auto Sales was a great one! I like that they're a local small business and I appreciated the family-like atmosphere and relaxed environment. They have tons of used cards under $10K, a great place to purchase a well taken-care of used vehicle. Robert in finance was super cool too. Things happen in life that we cannot prepare or expect and I felt like I was treat with dignity, grace and I received 5-star customer service. Thank you Jerry and Robert and hank you I-10 Premier Auto Sales team!

Ive owned 3 chevy Astro vans theyve all had at least 300,000 miles on them and still running the last one i bought as far as space and versilatality they where great but dont depend on the air to work as long as the vehical. Runs great but I've always had a problem with the air conditioner
If you???re looking for a vehicle MC Chevrolet is the place to go. The sales dept is knowledgeable and will work with you. They did a great job at explaining everything- with break downs. I have purchase several vehicles here and have never been disappointed. Service is great.

piece of junk keeps burning up ign control module and ign coil. 400 dollars repair every 2 years. Heater and Ac is very poor and vehicle has a poor driving on the interstate.
I was looking for a Toyota Sequoia for weeks contacted several dealers across the Country but got no respond or it took them a week to send me additional pictures or info i needed since i was buying out off sate.
When i called Sams Automotive talked to Fira very honest guy. While we were on the phone he sent me all the additional pictures and info i needed immediately.
When we traveled to Colorado and saw a vehicle in person it was same as described. Thank You Fira definitely the best car buying experience.

I've owned 3 Astro vans now and loved them all.I've driven this van almost every day for 3 years and it is still running as strong as ever. I've maintained it all along with tune ups, oil changes, brakes, serpentine belt, new alternator, distributor cap, plugs, wires and rotor, 2 tires are new and 2 are 1- yr. old The engine does not leak or burn any oil.
The gas gauge doesn't work but I keep track using odometer, knowing 15-16 mpg.
The drivers side power window needs work as it will go down but might not go back up.Reason to sell: my wife and I can get by with one vehicle now so we are tightening up the budget.
I went here shopping for a new car and the service was wonderful one of the dealers named Matthew Hampton helped me find the car i was looking for and the whole process he seemed to be knowing what he was talking about he knew things I didn’t even know about the car i was getting.

After the 2nd trans rebuild it has done very well. Small things like door locks & power windows are annoying to replace. Guess one has to expect something to break in 11 years. This has to be one of the best 6cyl motors GM ever put out. The occasional tune up and it has run strong for years. I do not stop fast or ride my brakes so they have lasted about 65K between pad changes, I'm thinking of replacing the shocks though, 200K and it's starting to sway a bit too much after pot holes.
First of all, as an individual who has some handicaps, I very much appreciated that their facility was more handicap friendly than any other dealership I have ever been to. Secondly, the truck that I bought for my son is awesome! He is loving his new Silverado!
