I worked with Mike for close to 8 months to get into the car I really wanted which was the 2024 Chevrolet Trax 2RS! It took a while for the one that I wanted to finally arrive due to the fact they were such a desired vehicle they would be sold by the time they arrived . but being so popular a they were sold by the time vehicle I wanted. The only reason it took a while is due to the fact this particular vehicle is so popular they sold them before the vehicles arrived! But patience and my salesman going the extra mile finally paid off. I left a very happy customer . I will purchase my next vehicle with Knipplemier when the time comes to trade in on a newer model. They do not make promises they can’t keep and they don’t promise you something just to get you inside their dealership just to tell you oh we can’t do this or that! I called several dealerships and Knipplemier kept every promise they made. They didn’t waste my time or get my hopes up just to let me down. They came out number 1 dealership out of at least 6 different ones in the surrounding areas. I’m a happy girl with my pretty 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS! The finance department also worked diligently to put me in the vehicle I really wanted and have done the same for all of my family for years ! This is my favorite place to purchase my vehicles. I ❤️ my Car!! hands down she's sexy for looks she strong handling the road. She's a beast, Chevy showed up and out on my RS Blazer. Mine has all the bells and more. The 21' 🛞 don't hurt either OMG !! I ❤️ my car!! P.S.. her name is Ms. Black !!!

Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.

I love my new Chevy Blazer! It drives like a dream and is super comfortable and quiet. The turbo engine makes getting from zero to 60 lots of fun! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and makes me feel like a millionaire when I’m driving around in it!

The young lady who helped us was so attentive unfortunately at this time we couldn’t get a vehicle rest assure when we do because a Cadillac is the only one we drive we will definitely be back for that young lady to help us she is awesome..
