I love my new Traverse and all the features; which Zack took time to make sure I knew how to use and that everything was set up before letting driving off! It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment. The service staff were friendly and professional. And my car was done sooner than promised.

I had my car in for an oil change (2/12/2024) during the visit I was told the high pressure power steering line was leaking. I set up an appointment to have it repaired and should expect to leave it for the day as it would take about 6 hours. I dropped my car off at 9:00 am for my appointment (2/19/2024). I finally called around 4:00 to find out that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day as authorization from Zurich had only been received that afternoon. My issue: I would have expected that knowing what the repair was on my car, authorization would have already requested so repairs could start when I dropped my car off at my appointed time and could be completed the same day. Now I'm without my car for 2 days instead of the expected one. This to me was very poor planning and didn't set to will with me and also was an added inconvenience for me.

Theresa our sales lady was very helpful and honest, My husband and I live outside state of Michigan. The service we had gotten outstanding, it sure was worth the trip, Everyone there was great. We will never go any place else. Other car dealerships needs to learn from you. Thank you so much.

Although we were over 300 miles away, Drew, Cole, Simon, and Mike at Team One treated us as though we lived next door. A few days later we were driving home in our new car and couldn't be happier with the entire experience and transaction. Matt even recommended a great spot to stop for lunch on the way home!
