I wish I didn't buy the custom Silverado. I love the Silverado just not the custom. As far as assistance and service it is a great place.

Everyone was kind and willing to help. They also had a great sense of humor. Normally I hate going to dealerships, but this experience wasn?t bad at all.

I was in the market for an Acura MDX and found one (certified) on Beaver Chevrolet website for a very competitive price. I called and got Rich King in sales and am so thankful that he picked up the call. He was personable, professional, informed, and a straight shooter!! I told him the vehicle I was interested in and the specifics (money down, monthly payment etc) I needed to make it work. He went over the car fax w me and I put a deposit on it to hold as sold. I live 2.5 hours away and explained I would be disappointed if I drove all that way based on inaccurate information. I got there and he had the vehicle detailed and ready for my test drive…and everything was exactly as he said. Goto Beaver Chevrolet and ask for Rich King!! You won’t be disappointed. 😎

Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.

All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. Somewhat rushed because I was there late in day. So i do understand that. I bought an EV for the first time and there is a huge learning curve. I didn't have any apps downloaded to obtain a charge and it was very anxiety provoking to find chargers and which apps to use when it was obvious I'm not the most technical person around at my age.

We are happy with the staff and clean environment. Lucas and Rob was really helpful with the purchase.
