First and foremost, called 2 hours prior of going to look at BMW they had in the lot, over the phone Steven(sales) was full of energy, very welcoming, ended the conversation with drive safe, and that the car will be ready for me. Mind you I’m coming up from San Diego, I arrived with open arms and immediately got to test driving, Steven and his team made my whole experience go very smoothly, explaining each step of the way throughout the loan process. They even gave me a better loan APR rate after I said I would bring my own financing. I was really impressed and happy with how, him and his team handled everything.

25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

This is my first venture into EV ownership and the Bolt has exceeded expectations. Please know that I am 6'-10" tall and weigh 335 lbs. Studying specifications, I noted the quite large legroom and headroom dimensions for this car and ventured to the dealership to see if this was the case. My salesman looked skeptical as I approached the vehicle, and was even more surprised than I was at how well I fit! The Premier trim level is pretty amazing from a technology perspective, but some features of the interior finish seem rather odd to me. The driving range that I am experiencing is better than the specifications and I cannot fault the performance. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with this peppy little car!

This is my first electric car. It accelerates like a rocket! Rides are bit pitchy, but the car is roomy and its performance makes up for everything. Love this car.

Love it! Installed a 240 charger, quick, no "range anxiety"! Solid feel and easy to adjust to "quiet" driving. Would be nice if offered a better sound system!

I bought this Bolt after owning a Chevy Volt and a Fiat 500e. Its range is more practical than the Fiat, and it is more comfortable than the Volt.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I met Jalen and dealt with him as the dealership made an offer, and we sold them our 2020 Lexus RX 350. He listened to and answered our questions. One item is my wife and I are hearing impaired, and Hayden is very soft spoken, and we had to ask him a few times to speak louder and directly at us so it was easier for us to understand him. He made us feel comfortable and completed the transaction in two visits. We would feel comfortable dealing with Jalen again.
