I am writing to extend appreciation for the quality of service I received from Savannah Horn during my recent visit. My vehicle a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado was in for a manufacture recall condition. Savannah was professional, courteous, and demonstrated a remarkable commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. Specifically, I was very impressed by the knowledge she had regarding the recall condition while patiently answering all my questions which made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Exceptional service like this is rare and deserves to be recognized. Savannah Horn is a great asset to the Hiley Chevrolet Service Team.

I've had five Corvettes, purchased at different dealers, and my biggest complaint was always the service. They weren't keeping up with published issues coming from Detroit, and an overall malaise towards service requests. Then I tried Eldorado Chevy and my service adviser, Mike McDonald. The level of service and his dedication to solving any problem that arises is without comparison. I cannot imagine letting anyone else touch my Corvette. His focus on care for your Vette and solving any issues, is beyond comparison to anything I have ever seen at other dealerships. Ask for MIke!

He also asked if I needed shuttle service and provided promptly, so I did not miss important meeting at work. He also provided details on a tire sale, that I need for my vehicle. Service was very good. It exceeded all expectations, which were very high to start with. I was met right away at my door and was walked through the whole process. Even on the pick up , I was greeted at the door and helped until I left. I apologize for not responding earlier.
