I wish I didn't buy the custom Silverado. I love the Silverado just not the custom. As far as assistance and service it is a great place.

I scheduled an oil change for 940 AM. I was 10 mins late and it was very busy. Waited 40 more minutes to be checked in. Service advisor and staff did keep me posted on delay. I returned at 4pm and car was not yet started and there was some confusion locating it. I waited another hour for it to be completed. Service advisor Justin was honest and apologetic and comped my oil change due to the excessive wait time. I appreciated the honesty and why I am rating so highly and I will be back.

Tony was so kind during the car buying process. He was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle of my choice. Professional, witty and friendly. Never was he pushy, and I appreciate that very much. Great service, thank you.
