I took delivery of my 2026 Suburban Z71 (6.2L, custom Borla exhaust, red tintcoat) from John Elway Chevrolet on 23 October 2025, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I?ve ever had. Throughout the entire process, Trevor?s communication, communication, communication made all the difference. He kept me updated at every step as the vehicle moved through production and delivery. On delivery day, I met Amanda, who made what could have been an overwhelming tech setup feel effortless. She walked me through every performance and technology feature, connected my OnStar account, synced Apple CarPlay, and ensured I understood all the apps and settings before driving off the lot. Her professionalism and enthusiasm turned the delivery into a great experience. Daniel (F&I Manager) was equally professional, direct and knowledgeable when discussing warranty options, but respectful when I declined. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and team-oriented, which I deeply appreciate as a former military officer who values teamwork and integrity. When I left the dealership, my new Suburban was spotless, fully set up, and ready for a long drive south to Texas. I?ve bought many vehicles in my life, and I usually ask dealers not to put their decal on the back. This time, though, I left the Elway football logo right where it belongs. It?s a reminder of a team that truly earned my trust and my business. I not only recommend this team, would actively seek them out again in the future. I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

After any serving of a vehicle taking it through your car wash before returning to customer. This might encourage more customer loyality. Oil change prices are too expensive. The expertise needed to do that job doesn't equalate to charging that amount.

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Great little truck! Good looking body style, nice wheels, well done interior, plenty of options including adaptive cruise control in Z71 model. Great alternative to full size pickup. Only one problem so far, module for backup camera has failed and is on back order, so it seems other owners have run into the same problem. Overall, great buy!

Paint on hood looks like it is separating from clearcoat. Takes a very long time to get hot air from heater. Had to replace steering gear.

I bought a 2020 WT Crew Cab with power amenities and chrome/color bumpers and upgraded to leather seats for $24,000. It has been a great truck. I regularly get 24-28 mpg with the V6 (simply by watching acceleration). It does everything I want; towing/hauling and just general running about. Love the Apple CarPlay. This is the best value truck that I have owned. Solidly reliable. No complaints.

I inquired about a Camaro Convertible that had just arrived, Pablo replied and actually sug the car our if the snow and did a complete video walk around. Since I live 400 miles.away and this was exactly the car my wife wanted I was excited to have Pablo helping me. I asked him to look into the price and I had one more to call on. I called back the next morning got the price, made an offer. Unfortunately we where to far apart and the other car sold. My bad luck.

Just got my 2018 Chevy Colorado a few weeks ago and it has been amazing! Gas mileage is great for a truck (18mpg) and I can even get more out of it in the city (20-22 mpg)!! Also not too expensive to fill up either, only ~$40 for a full tank!

I commute 700 miles a week in this truck. It gets good gas mileage and is reliable and comfortable. At 263,000 miles it is still going strong and my mechanic thinks I may get another 100,000 to 150,000 miles. It’s a great smaller-sized truck.

I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

I just wanted to thank Rob for getting me out of a difficult jamb. My battery was failing, which required multiple jumps, and Rob was able to get me into service immediately even though his schedule was quite full. Rob had the battery replaced within 30 minutes of my arrival. I have never visited Fowler dealership in the past but will make it my go to place for future services.

Very nice truck. One problem is the key will not go to the off position when in park. This doesn't happen every day but way too often. Extremely inconvenient and apparently doesn't seem to be a solution. This has been happening to other chevrolet trucks since 2015. It should be solved and be put on a recall list.

My ideal work truck. No wasted room in this vehicle. It has a 6 foot long bed and enough room behind the front seat for my golf clubs. The v6 engine is Reliable and Spunky. I have wanted an Orange vehicle and Finally have one in this truck. I am Totally pleased with My purchase.

Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

I bought my Colorado in December 2022. I want planning on a midsized truck but after the test drive I was impressed. The room is enough for 4 adults comfortably. I have 7500 miles on it and have recommended to several family members. My is a 2wheel drive crew about with locking rear differential. The only thatI have problem with is the tires it came with. Goodyear Wranglers, it needs taller tires and wider.
