Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

I bought a used Ridgeline from Mark Jacobson Toyota (Pre-owned) in Durham. There was a small problem with a crack in the molding in a rear wheel well. I bought the car with the understanding that they would fix it and had it noted on the paperwork. Long story short, there was a significant underlying issue with the bumper hidden from view. Evidently it had a small dent that meant the new molding would not have fit perfectly. They could have slapped the new molding on it and called it a day but they said "they wanted to do it right" and sent it off to the body shop to get a complete bumper replacement per the Honda Dealerships recommendation. Ramzi (car salesman) kept me in the loop the entire time. I never had to chase anyone for them to honor the agreement. Picked the car up today and it looks brand new. Rare to find honorable people in the car business. If you need a used car, give Ramzi a call.

Just got my 2018 Chevy Colorado a few weeks ago and it has been amazing! Gas mileage is great for a truck (18mpg) and I can even get more out of it in the city (20-22 mpg)!! Also not too expensive to fill up either, only ~$40 for a full tank!

We have loved the truck so far! It provides all our family needs between using it for moving and light hauling purposes while still being able to carry two kids when needed. It's been a pleasure to drive as a commuting vehicle with the 2.7L turbomax engine and is fun day after day. The only item that I'm not crazy about is how the headlamps are only accessible thru the vehicles computer system without having an actual knob but that seems to be most newer vehicles nowdays.

I bought a 2020 WT Crew Cab with power amenities and chrome/color bumpers and upgraded to leather seats for $24,000. It has been a great truck. I regularly get 24-28 mpg with the V6 (simply by watching acceleration). It does everything I want; towing/hauling and just general running about. Love the Apple CarPlay. This is the best value truck that I have owned. Solidly reliable. No complaints.

I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.

I commute 700 miles a week in this truck. It gets good gas mileage and is reliable and comfortable. At 263,000 miles it is still going strong and my mechanic thinks I may get another 100,000 to 150,000 miles. It’s a great smaller-sized truck.

Truly an efficient and effective experience at this dealership. This was my first experience with Thompson Buick Cadillac and given how things went, it will not be my last. My experience was extraordinary....from the first queries by phone to pulling into my driveway with 25 happy miles on my "new" 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage ES. The car is EXACTLY what i wanted and my purchase experience the best. Mike was SO nice! and genuine.... the rare kind of professional car dealer sales people SHOULD be but usually aren't. He is very knowledgeable about his field, gave me extensive information about the car's history, and communicated authentically and respectfully regarding the final price. The car looks and runs great. They also detailed the car to the level of rolling off the assembly line!!! I love this car. And heartily recommend North Hills Motors Motors. 5.3L Colorado?? Yes please! This truck will last forever. Only downside is grounding issues (well-known issue with Colorado's) but easily fixable, and fuel efficiency (but you have a v8).

I was on the hunt for a 2019 VW alltrack, not an easy find. Charles Boyd has one and we loved the looks of it. Upon our arrival for the test drive, the car was washed and ready. And it was perfect! The buying process after was as smooth as can be. Fair on pricing for both the VW as our trade in, the financing piece was easy and I was out the doo within 90 minutes all in! I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

Paint on hood looks like it is separating from clearcoat. Takes a very long time to get hot air from heater. Had to replace steering gear.

Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! I test drove a 2024 Colorado what a smooth riding truck. It is very comfortable nice ride next thing you know I am picking it up Friday. This will be my last vehicle

2019 Chevy Colorado, 2.5l 4-cyl Worktruck 6-speed automatic. Already put 60,000 miles on it. So far, so good. No engine or transmission issues. Suspension works great, I just resent it should have better soundproofing. It appears that 100 mph is the top speed for it. I like my truck and I hope it never disappoints me. Major issues I find is at the assembly line. My car came with the brake boosters disconnected and the bolts for the step sidebars loose. Autonation took care of it.

Metric has some top of the line cars on their lot.I did my research through CarMax and choose to get the Lexus from Metric, and was approved in just a little time. The car was beautiful, clean , low mileage, and had a really awesome price tag. I would send my friends and family to buy a car from Metric. Their customer services was great and very professional. My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

Excellent truck for the price and performs all basic work duties. It has an excellent design and style for a truck. Lady friend says best of all it came in Kentucky blue.

I bought my Colorado in December 2022. I want planning on a midsized truck but after the test drive I was impressed. The room is enough for 4 adults comfortably. I have 7500 miles on it and have recommended to several family members. My is a 2wheel drive crew about with locking rear differential. The only thatI have problem with is the tires it came with. Goodyear Wranglers, it needs taller tires and wider.
