This was my first experience at AutoNation. I purchased my Honda at Chapman and have had it serviced there since I bought it in 2017, but I have moved to this side of town and will be servicing my car at AutoNation going forward. Gregg was my service advisor. He was very knowledgeable, professional and delightful. He explained the service details and answered all my questions in layman's terms, which I appreciated, and now I know what a sway bar is and does! So, I learned something during my visit as well! :)

We use this vehicle for weekend outings and for just having fun. Very reliable, very comfortable and very fast. I think everyone should own one.

There's nothing like driving a Corvette, and the 1998 Corvette Pace Car is no exception. With its remarkable sleek styling and bold looks, this car demands attention and will have heads turning as it glides down any street or highway. The interior is build for comfort with more than ample leg room for any sized person. The seats are adjustable and make even long trips a pleasure as they hug your body in comfort. The sound of the engine begs you to drive this car. There's nothing else like it. I've driven the most expensive sports cars and always go back to the Corvette. Having owned seven other Corvettes, the 1998 is on the top of my list.

Late review, We bought a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this dealership this summer. The Salesman Adam, and Service manager were outstanding! Test drive vehicle (unfortunately on a rainy day) didnt hear or discover any issues. Took car home and next day discovered very noisy road noise and undefined noise from front of vehicle. Working with the team to discover the problem althought time consuming was a far more pleasant situation than expected. The entire time the team worked on the issue provided constant interaction, communication and updates. Just wanted to assure the team that I was completely happy and AMAZED that the situation was taken care of professionally. Thank You Gary Gregory

We just bought their 2012 Hyundai Sonata. They were helpful and weren't pushy at all. They helped us find a car within our budget. They had a lot of inventory.

What can I say about the car other than its pretty great. mine sat for 4 to 5 years before being drove quite a lot again as I inherited it from my grandfather. With the time it sat, it had a lot of parts go bad on it. The windshield wiper motor needed replaced as well as the Transmission, cv rear axle, and the ac blower fan. The speakers are also blown from its age as well as the shocks are bad. But overall, I find it an amazing car to have as it was and still is my first car.

Everything was great. They were friendly and was willing to negotiate a price I was comfortable with. I most definitely will go back to purchase another car if I need to.

I have had my eye on the 98 Corvette Pace Car for years. The Verrillo Motor Car Co., caught my attention with their fabulous website and then the listing of a pristine 98 Corvette Pace Car. It had never been titled and only had 1300 miles, in Excellent condition. I would go to their website every night for weeks to admire this car. I hesitated to pull the trigger and buy it. Then one day I noticed the car being sent to online auction and I called Joe Verrillo to plead my case for the car. Joe was so friendly and kind and agreed to pull the car from the auction. This was the beginning of a great friendship with Joe and Sunday Verrillo. My wife and I had never bought a car across the country and over the phone before, so we had to be walked through the process. It has always been my dream to receive my own collector’s car from an enclosed carrier right in front of my house in Michigan. Joe and Sunday knew exactly how to get all the necessary paperwork and permits done, even during all the COVID 19 restrictions. Here is a review of my start to finish process of buying a car from Gateway Classic Cars, Ft. Lauderdale: ----- 1. The sales people who you work with are not on site. They're working remote so they don't have eyes on the car. ---- So, 2. You'll want to be connected with someone on site who can start and drive the car, provide a walkaround video, pictures of whatever you want and give their input. I worked with Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location for my purchase and he was outstanding with helping me to know the car before making an offer. He is the reason that this is a 5 star review. -------- 3. Hauling: They'll get you a quote for hauling the vehicle. I chose Nexus Transport myself to use. They were a bit cheaper and top rated by Forbes. That went just fine. --------- 4. These cars are all on consignment. So, I feel that you have to be a little more careful because you have another party who may not have disclosed things to Gateway. Best practice is to get a pre-buy done from someone like Lemon Squad. That being said, I was so comfortable with my deal, took the risk and waived the pre-buy. And in my case, the Prowler is a mint gem and I have no concerns after receiving it. Also, there is a common thought then you buy a car like this, you should budget 10% or so of the price for maintenance right after you get the car because stuff always comes up, otherwise, don't buy a used car. --------5. Since they're on consignment, they have commissions they charge the seller. As a buyer, I don't care if I see a commissions line on the purchase agreement. As long as my out the door number was what I offered, that's fine. --------6. I wired money to them and within a few hours, I had all the fully executed paperwork back in my hands. Title took about 3 weeks to receive by UPS. And the folder had everything I needed to register the car in my state. Wow! Thank you Barbara! ------ 7. So here is what breeds loyalty. Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location made sure the car was completely ready to be picked up including accessories that were bubble wrapped. The car was supposed to be picked up at Noon on Saturday, plenty of time before they closed at 5pm. He stayed until the truck arrived...very late....AT 1:30am Sunday morning!!!! (Otherwise, it would have sat until Tuesday). I cannot believe he did that for me. I received my car loading video at 2am. That's unbelievable service that deserves more than 5 stars. ------- Summary: I'd have zero issues with buying from Gateway again....they just operate in a different dealership style than what I'm used to, which is just fine.

They were very accommodating it took awhile for the financing so we was there pretty late so customer service was great. Thanks Adrian his first day and sale!

This was the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was as advertised. Sometimes pictures don't accurately depict the vehicle, not in this case. I would highly recommend CAW to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle and be treated like an MVP!
