I had a problem with my c8 z06, i called the sales man and he had one of the most amazing person from the service department "dayana loya" meet me in front, i didn't even have time park the car and she was already there waiting for me with the most beautiful smile i have ever seen. She drove my car into the service bay and within minutes she gave me the full diagnostics report. sent it to get repaired the next day she called me that the car was ready to be picked up. If I could rate her service higher i would she went above and beyond to take care of my problem and did an amazing job while she got it done. Most valuable employee any company would be proud of having her on their side! She had such a wonderful way of communicating and explaining the issues that going, it felt amazing to experience this as a customer.

I bought a truck from them after shopping online for a few months, found the best deal here and the price online was accurate. Todd was great talked to him for a bit before coming in so was able to get everything set up. He made the process easy and was an awesome salesman! The finance department was great! After having another dealerships finance manager add $4500 to a deal on a car in the past I was very cautious but the finance department here was great and couldn't have asked for a better car buying process!!! I've had five Corvettes, purchased at different dealers, and my biggest complaint was always the service. They weren't keeping up with published issues coming from Detroit, and an overall malaise towards service requests. Then I tried Eldorado Chevy and my service adviser, Mike McDonald. The level of service and his dedication to solving any problem that arises is without comparison. I cannot imagine letting anyone else touch my Corvette.
