Thats is an actual supercar. I have never driven a car that makes me smile more while driving. The mid-engine and sloped front end gives it the Ferrari vibes and it constantly delivers. The interior is surprisingly luxurious and I have not had a single mechanical issue with it.

Mine is a forest green / tan top convertible with a manual tranny and LT4 engine. With 41 K on the clock and a boat load of oil change tickets in the console, I think it's got a lot of life left. Paid $20 K and have no regrets.

I traded in 2022 C8 stingray for a 2024 Z06 and I’m loving it. It’s like 2 complete different cars but so familiar at the same time. The sound that this engine makes just puts a grin on my face. What a value for a car that compares to most super cars. And it’s beautiful!

My 2024 Hard Top Convertible C8 Z51 with 3LT trim outdoes them all... in looks, performance, luxury and reliability. This car is stunning inside and out. The exterior design still looks like a Corvette, but with stunning and cutting edge mid-engine styling. The handling and shifting are sublime and, in fact, the C8's eight speed DCT is the exact same one found in the $260K Maserati MC20 Cielo... even the C8's hard top was designed by the same German company that made the Maserati's top... all the way down to the little adjustable rear window. Finally, let's not forget the LT2 engine that is pure sweetness, proven and reliable. Step inside and you'll find the C8's interior is both functional and ultra luxurious, with advanced styling that goes beyond most sports cars... from the impeccable leather stitching and full aluminum paddles to the amazing looking floating dash and the slim, almost invisible air vents. The glove compartment and console don't need locks because they lock automatically when you get out of the car. Every possible driver need has been considered, from side view mirrors that lower when the car is in reverse so that you can see the curb when parking.... in addition to the mirrors folding inward--either automatically programmed or with the touch or a button that's conveniently located on the armrest. Settle your hands on the not completely round, but curvy, leather laden steering wheel, and you're given a unique treat of design meant to work for optimal human use. Press the heated steering button and the wheel warms up exactly where you place your hands, above or below the spokes. The C8's entire interface its like that.... there are intuitive buttons for many features-- such as raising and lowering the front lift, windows and climate controls. Speaking of the front fit, the C8's front lift function can remember 1000 locations and is operated with--you guessed it--a single button. Interestingly, the C8 raises the front end 143mm compared to slightly over 50mm for the MC20. Finally, the C8's computer screen interface is blazingly fast and easy to understand and use. In short, the C8 Z51 is a dream car. You could get other C8 variants, and they will also be amazing. But for daily driving, getting on the track with durability, speed and handling, the C8 Z51 might be the sweet spot. Anyone who owns or drives one is fortunate indeed.

My compliant is the dashboard. The leather is bubbled and shrunk. Hate to think what a repair/ replacement would cost. Beautiful car, otherwise, 2013 Grand Sport Anniversary model. I understand that other C6 dashboards have had similar problems. The car is parked in a garage so it cannot be blamed for excessive heat or sunlight. Just received a warning for Anti-lock/Active handling/ Traction Control. Probably just a wheel sensor that I will have repaired under extended warranty.

Having had many “sports” cars, I never appreciated corvettes as I do now. The overall experience has been a “10” reliability and response are excellent. I opted out if a c8 for the c7 and was not disappointed It is pure corvette, no mid engine , rear wheel drive . A real American experience, I luv it !!

I would only recommend this care for those who are willing to work on it and are okay with it breaking down. This care is nearly 40 years old (as of this review) and most of them with low miles sit and when driven the problems begin to bubble to the surface. So if you are unwilling to need to work on it but still want a corvette my suggestion is to get a c6 or newer.

To the guy that thinks this is a death trap- are you driving a Prius? I can think of about 100 other cars that are worse than this Vette. This are no different than any other fast car. You can get killed in any car if you get hit by a Semi truck. Every small car, every cross over including full size and mid size. Yea, if have a big xxx suburban or anything like it, you may not die, but you may not walk ever again.

The Corvette C8 Z06 it’s is in my opinion the best bang for your buck in terms of performance. You will not find another vehicle under $250K that will come close to the performance and the quality of this vehicle. Driving this vehicle feels like driving a supercar the sound it’s very impressive and the acceleration it’s insane. I would highly recommend this vehicle!

no one is going to read this, this thing has won enough awards by now that if you're on here reading about it, you just crawled from a cave. chevy engineers decided to build the fist new v8 they have built in 50y and they take a Ferrari engine apart to start the journey (aim high why dont ya). then they jam it into their race cars for 2yrs (a bit to testing shall we) we now have the most potent naturally aspirated v8 IN THE WORLD, in a mid engine layout, paired with an exhaust that truly makes this engine sing. THE SOUNDS ARE ECSTASY, and I own a GT3. not to mention this interior is nicer than some mercedes I have owned. best vehicle I have ever purchased, truly otherworldly perfomance but in general just a perfect package all around- speed, sound, tech, comfort, interior, transmission, steering, excitement.

This is my 3rd Corvette, and by far the best one (I had a C5, and a C6, before). This car is amazing, great looking (Better than the new one, I think), great performance, very comfortable, even on long trips, gets 29 MPG on the hwy, and is very reliable (The starter went). I get looks, high fives and thumbs up wherever I go. I drive it daily, with a smile on my face, always. Truly a car to be proud of.
