I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

The people were honest and straightforward. Took good care of me. I would certainly go back.

My 2012 Equinox has 156,000 miles on it and I've never had any engine problems. I plan on driving it until it dies, which I hope won't be any time soon. And I might get another one when it comes time to replace it. I love it.

Okay the car burns oil and you have to put in the Dexos high priced oil,but to me that is a minor annoyance.It runs great and gets good gas mileage. Is comfortable to drive too. The BIG problem that I have not seen mentioned is that the A/C ducts are horrible! The drivers is blocked by the steering wheel and most have very limited adjustment, In sunny Florida this is a major drawback.

I bought my first exuinox in 2019 and I absolutely LOVED it. It was so comfortable and for as big as it looks it handled like a normal car. I who is normally scared to death to drive in snow was no longer afraid to leave the house. The kids loved it as well! I ended up wrecking it head over tail and rolled three times! The only thing I messed up was my suspension. Me and my kids didn't even get a scratch on us! I would most definitely say it is the safest vehicle I have ever been in! Cudos to chevy for making such a wonderful safe and comfortable ride!

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Went in to get my 2018 Chevy Tahoe serviced as it was having some issues. The repair ended up being more than we were anticipating and we had been needing a truck so my husband started looking. We were on a road trip from Minnesota to Florida and a loud banging noise started in the front of our car when we were in southern Iowa. Since no error messages were on the dash we kept going until we saw Poage south of Hannibal. We stopped and the mechanics found some bolts had come loose on a dust cover and it was banging against the drive shaft. After putting it back in place, we were on the road within an hour. The care and efficiency were top rated. They said that it was so minor that they weren't even charging us for it. Wow!
