I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. Melissa even went out of her way to personally deliver our new car to us over 2 hours away. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family they gained a life long customer. My 2012 Equinox has 156,000 miles on it and I've never had any engine problems. I plan on driving it until it dies, which I hope won't be any time soon. And I might get another one when it comes time to replace it. I love it.

Okay the car burns oil and you have to put in the Dexos high priced oil,but to me that is a minor annoyance.It runs great and gets good gas mileage. Is comfortable to drive too. The BIG problem that I have not seen mentioned is that the A/C ducts are horrible! The drivers is blocked by the steering wheel and most have very limited adjustment, In sunny Florida this is a major drawback.

My 2012 equinox had an oil consumption issue which the dealer opted to fix for no cost. I feel it is the cause of me needing a new engine now at 127,000 miles.

I bought my first exuinox in 2019 and I absolutely LOVED it. It was so comfortable and for as big as it looks it handled like a normal car. I who is normally scared to death to drive in snow was no longer afraid to leave the house. The kids loved it as well! I ended up wrecking it head over tail and rolled three times! The only thing I messed up was my suspension. Me and my kids didn't even get a scratch on us! I would most definitely say it is the safest vehicle I have ever been in! Cudos to chevy for making such a wonderful safe and comfortable ride!
